Very volatile, high risk. Have seen the SP going up beginning of year, and ending down at the end of day...
Re: Indaknow LouiseOn the basis that you didn't even know that gold had been mined, do you really think you should be commenting on Oxus?.....
Oh dear.. [link]
Re: riddler podcast - picks Servision Haha, guys spurslegend is Riddler (hes also on LSE as Riddler). Riddler is someone whos posts I read from time to time. He pretty handy with the TA stuff, and I feel hes pretty honest (tho ultimately you dont know the people posting on these boards, do you). I also like to read Jollyspeculator responses on LSE. Both come across as quite honest, Jolly is a bit more cautious and does the fundamental side of things.I cant comment on SEV but I might start to have a wee look as I noticed spurs/riddler popping up here. Good luck all.
Re: Suspension An interesting opening day back trading tomorrow and the coming few weeks.Could go very North this one !!
Re: CFO Resigns Just shy of 3 months in post, that'll look good on his CV.Not looking good...............................
shorts position closed Just noticed that AKO have closed their shorts position, last week. No obvious change (raise) in the sp. Wonder where they got the 3 million odd shares from!
decent further investment in Nexus good news to see a further 1.5m going into Nexus.on a general basis I prefer to see their investment going into known growth businesses,so to be this is a good use of CASH,and improves the 'quality' of the Net Assets.Nexus using the money for acquisition which is classic BPM support territory,Nexus seems to be growing (with 2 acquisitions in 2015) into a more significant business with BPM providing nurturing and funding as it did with Hyperion. Not saying that Nexus will deliver the same returns as Hyperion, but BPM obviously have great track record and experience and they have long said that Nexus has great potential which I think translates to the fact that there is a market opportunity and a mgt team at Nexus that they value.a little disappointing to see some of the mgt at Nexus take money off the table so will be interesting to see at what levels for which individuals etc.... when full details of the acquisition announced.all in all reason to reduce the discount in timeand of course there is a great chart break out pattern confirming the fundamentalsAll IMHO, DYOR + BoLBPM is in my portfolio
Re: Investec I don't think you will see these at £1 as the sum of the parts is worth much more. Christmas trading figures will need to be out first but then I think we will see a bid which will possibly attract further interest.
What is going on? Just topped up on limit buy under 10p - surely a raging buy with the mine constructed & operating, soon at full production. Buy and be patient.
Re: Director dealings I've used the fall in sp to buy a few more shares in CNKS but may have been too quick off the mark as it's now fallen some more. Investors treat substantial director share sales as a red flag, particularly in nervous times as now. I suspect the sp will stay subdued until good news is announced - fingers crossed.Casa.
on balance good news
Interims These should be due within the week or so but it will be the prospects rather than the figures that could be interesting. I feel sure TRAF is ideally placed for a RTO with the major shareholder holding 80%. If it is left too long the cycle will be lost.
