I thought perhaps Hunan's cut would be via favourable terms for offtakes or issuance of more shares so they can have a sizable stake. Could we not eventually fund the mining ourselves with the imminent copper processing ($3m p.a.) and thereafter the tailings ($5m+ p.a.?) So why give them an arm and a leg when an arm will suffice? And what of those 3 US banks who are apparently gagging to throw money at us?

I have seen the rationalisation for why we haven't seen directors' buys...strange because I have heard it confirmed that all directors are currently free to buy as many as they want! The fact they are not buying is their choice/judgement...make of that what you will...
