WTF ! A delayed buy of 29.41 million at 24.25p ! me thinks some news brewing 
can't believe how low the share price is. is very surprising for a bank. can't see a dividend being paid out soon. AIB are paying out dividends again. hope the SP rises soon and to a level reflective of a bank not a penny stock.
looks like some exciting news about to land on prolific south American assets !

NB: surprisingly mild reaction from the share price to the news, which I think supports the theory that any premium will not be outrageous here. Or worse that the market thinks the main event is still some time away. Let's hope Mr Market is wrong
Yes. Good news. Hopefully a precursor to the take out. Although I suspect any offer will struggle to clear 120-125p range. Based on current oil prices and in terms of premium to current SP that would still be a great outcome. Very much hope to be proven wrong though...

"Yeah I bought back in this morning. Bottom has definitely been hit. Had some positive comms from Nigel. Won't say what was said but seems they are working flat out to get the first project over the line. So sounds as though news flow is very close ".
