Sobeit, if you read todays RNS directors intents to issue further equity to raise money, i bet they convert this loan amount to stock options. The behaviour by directors is horrible they are still taking huge salaries and diluting existing shares. IIs is protecting Boldy because he can play to their needs and dilute the stocks. Both pvr n logp is horrible from share holder perspective.
RE:TENDER OFFER-The only way to find out what was the reasoning behind this is to come to the shareholders AGM on the 20th July and ask the Board of Directors.
