I personally think PREM is nearly run out of steam for the time being and that maybe the news is factored in mostly, 52 week low is 0.7 and its now 5 times that, .Im keeping out but there should be news now of production start up and concentrate production but will people sell on news, probably so you might get them cheaper next week?

what do you think of prem at 3.15?
