Reply back from IOG ; Hi Paul, We thought the RNS was clear, but in truth we had to rush it out and it has confused some people. We gave Darwing authority to sell shares to an investor or investors at the IPO price (23.79p). You might deduce that there would be little point in doing this unless we were confident of some demand at that level for that volume. We cannot make any promises but we do not intend to ever sell any shares below the IPO price. We had to do so last year and that was painful enough. Our focus now is on closing the longer term funding and if we can do that then hopefully we will be valued as a company on track and fully funded to produce 20,000 boepd. Best regrds

Just emailed IOG asking for clarification and if they would show the BOD's at Excite and Bowleven how to raise funds at double the current market price !! I will let you know if I get a reply !!!
