BEE VERY CAREFUL THOUGH AS THIS IS ANOTHER OF MY BOTTOM DRAWER ONES 
CRND have narrowed down the sale of the company to 2 Chinese companies from 4 with a deadline for final offers at the end of July. Todays RNS said CRND had done a small fund raising to keep them going until "The sale was finalised" - Big hint but risky as it might have meant until they reach a final decision to make an offer or to sell or whatever but the market seems to like it - Current M'cap and the asking price for the company was $140M ish !!
