Good afternoon Thank you for your inquiry and for your investment in Highlands Natural Resources. For best practise purposes, the Company requested the temporary suspension of trading in its shares regarding a decision on whether the acquisition of Diversion Technologies qualify as a reverse take-over. We are currently working diligently to make sure that the suspension is lifted quickly. Unfortunately there is no way to give an estimate of how long the suspension will remain in place. The financial costs associated with the suspension will be minimal and please be rest assured that the HNR team are continuing business as usual to ensure that we are on the front foot to deliver the utmost value for shareholders once the suspension has been lifted. We believe that the acquisition of 75% of DT has the potential to deliver this value. DT currently has patent applications covering a new well stimulation (fracking) diverter technology known as "DT Ultravert" which the Board believes represents a highly disruptive force in the market, and has the potential to create a transformational shift in the US$50 billion per year fracking industry, particularly given the current oil pricing environment. Many thanks

I emailed HNR about the suspension and got the email below back - looks exciting to me!!

oh well, GDL down on news, OEX trading below rights issue price, Brent down 2% looks like a bad day for the portfoliio

GEL maybe worth a play today, got a few

GDL rns... more wells drilled in 2015 than same period last year, but not as mamy as forecast. Essar contract on hold due to market drmand for oil and gas.
