so i shall do 1 hour or so in the morning
at about 5am this morning, i was browsing the web looknig for sad light side effects - someone noted maybe best not to use it in the evenings
i had on yesterday evening in the lounge, and i woke at 4am this morning and didnt get back to sleep
awake at 5am most mornings - either by the 3year old or 5 year old
so will keep flicking it on at 6am
two mornings thus far, and either its the lamp or because i'm talking about it, i feel more alive, than even last week
