Re: Sky contract We now know why the company are not paying for RNSs to tell us these little snippets of good news.Just need lots more of these to make the company viable.TP
Sky contract [link]
A few... People buying in this morning, albeit with small stakes.Taking a gamble on recovery I guess, though it's early days to be doing that.I'd like a bit more info on where we're going before I think of putting more of my hard earned into this.TP
Re: RNS Thought of holding on but decided my residual investment although somewhat diminished was better off elswear. At best I see a capital reorganisation and massive dilution. The alternative will be nothing and even that would be pushing it. How on earth can so much money evaporate so quickly?
Re: RNS Unfortunately I was over 90%down before today's news.My holding is now worth next to nothing. So, just hunker down and hope something positive happens over the coming months.TP
Re: RNS Yes poor show. At the time of the placing in December we were told that cash balances were expected to be higher than expected and that was before the new funds. It will be interesting to know if any to advantage of any inside knowledge as clearly someone got out early and that wasn't just pure luck. The new management may assist in survival but I cannot see it. Financial support will be withdrawn and administration will ensue possibly without any annual figures being audited. Sell if we can.
RNS Fills a lot of gaps, unfortunately not in a good way.Survival looks doubtful given the gloomy outlook. Clearly key people knew a lot they weren't telling, except to the 'friends and family' who have all conveniently exited.Shameful.TP
An investment black hole With all sympathy for those still orbiting in hope around this dark star.
Re: Lorcan walks I do n't think this is a viable business;even if it were well run the overhead of supply of units seems to exceed the likely revenue. Before you take account of the high capital costs of the units & additional bloated overheads of this hopeless business. For most "events" far cheaper glamping units fill the need & meet the budget for those who want better than camping spaces and for most construction sites suitable inexpensive accommodation can usually be found. Remains to be seen if anything can be salvaged from sale of the units.Probably nothing at net level I fear.
Re: Lorcan walks Could be a lack of managing capital expenditure - growing the earning potential too far ahead of earnings materialising. The new money and management has seen this and the CEO has gone. The original Chairman went as perhaps he was asleep at the wheel the CEO was holding. Needs for the earnings to catch up a bit before further major investment in space, IMO
Lorcan walks And now they tell us a review of the company, obviously started a while ago, without telling us, is almost complete.Obviously there are more serious problems than just the abominable comms.I won't be topping up just yet !!TP
Re: M/C I see it now, must've been temporary glitch. Plus two smaller but not insignificant sales at the same time. So, who's reducing, who's selling out ??Whoever it is must be gutted because they've clearly lost a lot on the deal.Puts my small holding into perspective,But, what do they know that we don't ??Very intriguing !!Top up to reap a good profit or sell up to cut your losses before they go bust ? What a dilemma.I think I'll wait to see what tomorrow brings.TP
Re: M/C 6m and 8.9m both at the close
Re: M/C Bo, for some reason the iii page won't let me access 'trades' so I can't calculate the big trades yesterday vs any particular holding. But any RNS would be welcome in the current situation.I'm greedy alright and do agree that a top up is overdue. Just waiting to see if it drops any lower. Just my luck to leave it too late. In the wake of earth shattering news. (LOL)Good luck, TP
Re: M/C TP, going back to the significant sales should we get an RNS as 3pc comes to mind?
