Tipped by SCSW magazine Great to see SCSW picking up on ZTF this weekend as a new idea, concluding that the shares are "set to go higher". We can hopefully expect to see more coverage over the coming months.

ZTF Looking Strong Before Results..... Gone long on ZTF Zoatfoams (pennant on chart) who should report next week. Re: Tipped by Gervais Williams GW runs the Diverse Income investment trust as well as Miton Multicap income unit trust. He has held ZTF in both these for a while now.I do hold some DIVI and like to look down the list of holdings of this and other ITs for ideas.SG
Re: RNS re new investment Im glad Ive continued to hold but as usual, regret not having bought more before the SP went up!The Nike deal may only bring in more revenue after further development through 2018&19 onwards but they already have Zotek foam in sport & leisure footwear as illustrated in the Puma boots:[link] ZTF have previously licensed other products on an exclusive basis eg MuCell with Unilever (Dove containers) and Neocell packaging with Coveris. The decision to put in extra factory capacity in Croydon with more autoclaves is clearly anticipating more demand and new product developments. The US Kentucky factory will give 20% more capacity from now on but it has been a bit slow to come on stream.Over 55% of shares are held by institutions the biggest are Miton, Schroder, Blackrock, L&G and JM Finn.Blackrock have sold down from 6.9M in Jan 2016 to 4.46M now. Their stated CFD holding has reduced from 146,000 to about 40,000 currently. The biggest volume traded was 2,038,617 shares on 21/3/16. Various Hodings RNS's came out shortly after but Blackrock have been offloading well after this. One other big holder also listed is Sekisui Alveo AG with 3.8M Shares (p35 of the ann.report and same current figure on Digital Look). This is a Swiss polyolefin foam manufacturer and subsidiary of Sekisui Chemical Co. Ltd of Japan . Slightly odd I thought as there dont appear to be any shared or joint projects but must be a global competitor. Anyone know anything about them?Good luck to all holders!SG
RNS re new investment More good news today. It's significant that this investment is on the back of "strong customer interest", with demand expected to "continue to grow significantly".It all sounds so positive:[link] pipeline of opportunities to sell higher margin HPP materials is developing very positively and, with strong customer interest in our products, we believe that now is the right time to invest in increased manufacturing capacity to support our future growth."
Re: Nike deal Two positive announcements demonstrating growth and the need for more working capital to fund the growth and investment in new facilities. The scene is now set for the brokers to hopefully place the Blackrock holding and raise some funds for the Company at the same time. This would introduce Zotefoams to a new institutional investor base and remove the overhang which saw the shares drift to 250p before the recent recovery in the share price.Management are doing a great job here. If anyone wants to acquire ZTF we'd be looking at £5 plus now. Well Done!!
Re: Nike deal Wow )) This under-the-radar stock is now firmly above the radar.....N+1 Singer have said this morning they "will review the financial implications of the partnership more fully in due course" for its effect on earnings and valuation, so presumably they will update/upgrade soon:[link] ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH NIKE13 December, 2017 - Zotefoams today announces that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Nike to develop footwear technology and supply materials for the global footwear, apparel and equipment company.Zotefoams, a leader in cellular material technology, will supply high-performance foam materials exclusively to Nike, within the footwear industry.
