Re: 2,952,018 trade Or Andy trying to average down. Wouldn't like to be at his Christmas dinner if the relatives come round.
2,952,018 trade Sounds massive but it's only £25k worth. Probably a gambling PI having a punt.
Re: Directors £4 Million loan arrangem... I don't know when that load is re-payable, but that's a very powerful incentive to complete the planned Share Placement successfully.Zero trades today, with the bid/ask spread quite high implying the ZOX share holders left are no longer willing to sell below .8p and buyers don't really want to pay more than 0.65p a share. It would be helpful if the price of zinc was to recover a bit after the big downwards fall...
Directors £4 Million loan arrangement Can anyone tell me when this loan is due for repayment?, if my memory serves me well it must be due about April next year. The company has burnt cash at around a $1million a month since the plant opened and has only covered Group costs on one occasion when Zinc price was much higher than today and production was at a peak it simply follows that ZOX cannot survive as it stands, if it does a deal with Korean Zinc and loses 90% in of the plant to cover their loans, does anyone know how much of the additional debt will ZOX still be liable for?The only hope long term is for a second plant but is that at all likely now.........I hope so, but I doubt it. Worth holding on for interest but that's all.
Re: First positive day for ZOX in a while... It just looks like fun and games before it gets delisted if you ask me. Would be delighted to be wrong.
First positive day for ZOX in a while... 57% up on the day, although well down on the week - very badly down since the 25th November placement announcement and Major Shareholder sell offs.Hopefully ZOX can continue to improve from here... any strength in buying pressure will help Andrew Woollett's negotiations.
32m traded 32m shares traded today. Up until a week ago you would be lucky to get 2000 in a day.Bought my entire old holding back today for the price of a mountain bike. So far in good % profit. Just need about another 1000% rise to get back previous loss. Easy. lol.
Re: 15% spread that lot are stuck on page one of the ramping guide.
15% spread Not stopping buyers on LSE board for this stock.Even more crazy/ brace on that site lol
Re: Future of Plant? The whole thing must have value. Zincox invested around 120m getting to this point and just as it's finally working well the price of zinc goes against it. I think Korea Zinc see a future for the plant but the big question is are Zincox shareholders involved?
Re: Future of Plant? Doesn't look like ZOX expect to fold... up 52.38% today on III L2.I'd like to hear more now on how the plant now works without the heat exchanger.
Future of Plant? Would be interesting to know how much it costs Korea Zinc to dispose of the waste it produces. Could it make sense to keep the plant going producing zinc and perhaps stockpile it until the price rises? What part if any do Zincox have in this?Could Korea Zinc take 90% let Zincox have 10% and fingers crossed Zinc price recovers next year. Korea Zinc obviously want the facility otherwise they would not have backed it so heavily over the years.Existing board have plenty of shares so keeping 10% would leave them with a bit of dignity and an interest in the future.
July open Offer "The proceeds of the Open Offer, assuming full subscription, will be used to progress work on the next EAFD recycling project in Thailand."Would it be rude to ask Andrew what they achieved in Thailand with the 3.2m?
Re: Major Shareholders Good. If you have something to offset it against then its a free bet now so no point selling.
Re: Major Shareholders Yes, I will offset the loss once I sell... but I have decided to HOLD until at least the GM on 18th December, where I will attend and vote.If the plant is now running well and the zinc price looks like it will recover, I think the $5 million will be found even if the placement is at 1p.This will be very much Andrew's last chance...
