ZOLTAV RESOURCES WILL BE TAKEN OVER BY ROSNEFT Zoltav holds the Bortovoy Licence in the Saratov region of South Western Russia, a 3,215km² area with producing gas and oil fields. Zoltav is also appraising the Koltogor Exploration and Production Licence, which contains the Koltogor oil field, together with the neighbouring Koltogor Exploration Licence 10, in Khantiy-Mansisk, Western Siberia.
