Re: Is someone stakebuilding? Also agree low chance of downside . Checked Stockopedia listing which states the free float is only 14%. If so can see this going up a lot more due to the competition for the limited stock. Have been in this a long time but grabbed some more today and feel a good time to buy with good momentum at last but lots more potential
Is someone stakebuilding? Very high volumes over last few days. It could well be that someone is stakebuilding. Could be exciting if this continues! Downside very limited and I believe there is more activity to come.
Re: £3+ not 30p a share is possible... URL is:- [link] repeated from below...
£3+ not 30p a share is possible... I recommend you read this Edison report, still very valid though dated 12/12/11, noting that there are now slightly less shares in issue now and fewer $US to £, making the value better in GBP depending mainly on iron ore prices into the future.Look at Exhibit 7 in particular...
Re: Why so few of us? The herd will arrive once we have topped the risers board 5 days in a row! Limited free float is being acquired by savvy institutional and private investors IMO. Tiptop
Bought in I bought in on the Environmental permit news sub 10p and pleased with the sp thus far but this has a long way to go given IPO price of £1.56 ish and zero dilution. Only 279M shares in issue with very limited free float. I genuinely believe that institutional investors are loading up now and the SP will see 50p+ this week IMHO. I will topslice about 20% around 60p but will leave the remainder for £2+. JOG style rerate in motion!!!Dyor and gla (Not needed!)Tiptop
Re: 20p Did you mean chimp 30p 8
24p 24p a share now... where will this stabilise again for a while?Still an awful lot of headroom to NPV figures... above £3 a share.
20p Any minute now!GLA
Re: What Next? Price extensions, selling price higher than buying price are the market makers short of stock?
Re: What Next? That's a very good report... Exhibit 7, at the current 13p share price, gives the NPV upside at £3.78 / £0.13 - 100 = 2,800%...Clearly, there is a lot yet to come from ZIOC even if the project was sold or partially sold at a heavy discount. All of this will be heavily dependent on the demand and price for iron ore, which does seem to be gradually improving. The next few weeks could be very interesting now we are at a three year share price peak, with a near term target to get back to the 5 year peak of c.36p; perhaps £1 within a year or better through a take-over bid.
What Next? Well, here's thoughts from Edison, an old report but still extremely relevant as little has changed:"Dilution - Under the current JV agreement, value dilution is not a major issue, as our calculations suggest that even if the company (ZIOC) does not invest in the project, its stake will only be diluted to c 18%. We nevertheless believe that this extreme scenario is unlikely to materialise as Xstrata will most likely execute the second option, buying out the remaining 50% less one share in the project at an NPV post the FS, or ZIOCs stake will be acquired by the strategic partner."Take a look at the base-case valuation, not too shabby! As I mentioned, little has changed since this report, particularly the strategic options, which, imo, are now in play. [link]
Why so few of us? Looks like ZIOC is getting close to enabling the means to realise some of the value of its 67.5% iron ore asset... but there seems to be little interest from PIs and people who use this discussion board.Perhaps interest will grow once the news and plans spread reach the market news channels?
Re: Free Float With +50m shares traded over the past 3 sessions, free float, I would say has been well and truly exhausted.I would expect serious movement next week with +20p not unrealisticNews leak over the weekend would not come as a surprise either, if so .... hold tight.gla
Free Float With few free float share in circulation this will explode once the ii have had their fill. I think they thought they had a few more weeks given the information contained in ZIOC last RNS the other week.Major notifiable holders holding circa 50% and many more in secure hands, ZIOC SP will continue to rise.Shareholder Number of shares % of share capitalGuava Minerals Limited 88,730,397 31.83%Salamanca Trustees (Jersey) Ltd 13,629,127 4.89%Leganes Limited 12,513,469 4.49%Artemis Trust Limited (Hardwick) 11,916,534 4.27%AI Holdings Limited 8,706,621 3.12%The RNS today has given the green light,so MM will try their hardest to get the best price possible at the expense of PI's.With the highest days trading volume shows the interest in the RNS and the hidden meaning within. The SP has been shackled all day today. Given over 23m traded and no doubt many late and delayed trades to come, this volume represents almost 10% of shares in circulation. In reality it is probably closer to 40% of free floating shares.Hold for sure imo.
