Re: Exclusivity deal off At this moment in time, with the development of existing resources, I see this as good for Zen. It avoids the distraction of management attention being diverted away from the big issue by fund raising, possible share dilution and the preservation of company capital. The failure to produce the figures is an indication that the deal was probably "iffy"Managment now should have a strengthed focus on the job at hand. Time for expansion once this has been realised.

RNS Rather downbeat update on ops in Azerbaijan, but the numbers belie the story. In March 235barrels a day but currently 300! $67 per barrel ! Looks like April will be more profitable than March despite the loss making wells being shut in.Progress on cost cutting and efficiency also good with all ops now in house.New rig coming in June for accelerated production opportunity.Positive news, and honest.TP

Fear of placing and “dilution” is probably the reason.When will folks realise that a placing to acquire further assets is not dilution as the value of the asset is added to the value of the company and therefore offsets the higher number of shares in issue TP

Cattaneo.... Cattaneo's salary to share conversion for the second year and his repeated buying of Zen stock should be massively encouraging for the future prospects of Zen to those shareholders invested in the company. Dare I suggest that he intends to make us rich?
