Broad picture of Manica evolving I noticed CaveatEmptor post on the L.S.E … chat board with regards to recent conversations with Mr.Colin Bird . He’s quite right everything is already in public domain but joining the dots is so much easier when things are highlighted . Mr.Colin Bird announced through a pod cast that Sino 2 were working towards the chicken farm but at present encountering heavy overburden but assured us that higher grades and less overburden would be encountered at the chicken farm area . I already assumed the overburden was being removed for a reason , to get at the hard rock … but today it’s highlighted Mr.Colin Bird is demanding all alluvials be processed , That to me is music to my ears having only recently heard all alluvials will be gone within 15 months . Meaning the 4 alluvial processing plants at Manica , Sino 2 already have will probably be joined by others . That to me is a major ramp up of throughput well above whats already been set as a minimum . With fair brides free of overburden the hard rock agreement with a preferred hard rock processing sub contractor ( probably Omnia ) should speed up processing with , if I remember rightly 2.8g of gold /ton ore expectation . With Omnia requiring the later stage of their hard rock plant to be built it might take up to six months to complete but nothing to stop stock piling of hard rock in the mean time . Or even crushed hard rock as in processed through the already constructed Omnia plant at their nearby prospect . I’m sure we’ll soon find out . As for " any result over 20 kg per month is good and makes Xtract overall profitable " is concerned considering the new challenges in Zambia I’d say that’s fantastic news too . Since it’s so easy to forget we’re doing copper exploration work there that previously didn’t effect our OPEX but now does and the 20kg / month base line is one worth remembering . Now we’re entering the dry season and of course higher alluvial throughput tonnage with higher grade ore .

Manica Alluvial Gold Update , RNS , 1st May 2019 Considering Q1 is the wet season along with cyclones , flooding in parts of Mozambique . I’m really happy with the revenue results issued today . Xtract share of Explorator attributable revenue from gold sales US$204,099 . Cost per ounce of gold produced US$738 After the investor show I along with others thought results would be lower hence Mr.Colin Birds cautious approach in his wording during the Investor Sow video certainly caught a few out . This paragraph from today’s RNS is now looking more promising than ever for Xtarct Resources especially last line Colin Bird, Executive Chairman said: “The results from operations were a little flat due to the rainy season and high stripping ratio against low grade gravel. The recent cyclone did not affect production directly but had a knock-on effect on material transport and in particular diesel. The modest alluvial results are mitigated by the improved percentage the Company receives from operations and in the coming months this could produce improved results notwithstanding the vagaries of gold distribution in the gravel. The hard rock production planning is progressing favourably with a number of options being considered. The Company expects to announce a decision before the end of the second Quarter 2019” www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=XTR&ArticleCode=j978erar&ArticleHeadline=Company__Manica_Alluvial_Gold_Update

Managed to B&B remaining 750k shares into ISA self select acc Tried since 6th April to do this but at last managed to get my Xtract Resources shares transferred into my Halifax self select ISA account . As for the delay in Sino 2 alluvial results , well most people think they’re going to disappoint but with a Market Cap of £2.5 million it certainly won’t disappoint me . No debt , revenue stream expected to increase production over the coming months and on completion of the rainy season. Then there’s all likelihood of a further rewording of the Omnia hard rock agreement to include the high grade hard rock from fair brides open pit gold mine . What’s not to like … low risk , high reward .

Sino 2 , alluvial revenue due next week . SP ticked up but why? With Sino 2 revenue results unannounced today I realised with the new agreement with Nexus on 50 : 50 profits split as opposed to 60:40 , Q1 2018 , XTR revenue for Q1 2019 should be very consistent , with OPEX covered at least . Then there’s the hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of dorey bars held at Manica to offset hiccups such as low grade alluvial tonnage in a quarter or even the need to shut down during a cyclone . Hence as always Mr.Colin Bird is playing it safe . Market Markers have been playing a canny game with some of my dummy sell trades showing as actual trades today . I can assure you I haven’t sold any since the 550k shares I sold intended to go in my ISA , self select trading account . Unable to get the 550k shares at the price I was willing to pay but did get 500k shares at 0.7438p /shares . Just by waiting a few day’s I risked being caught out with news triggering a re-rate but as you can imagine I’m sat here smiling . With all the bad news priced in Xtract Resources , Market Cap stands at £2.64m … way below what I believe it’s worth . When considering all the fundamentals such as the Manica prospect license , Sino 2 subcontracting alluvials , Omnia negotiating to include the high gold grade fair brides resources to add to the already negotiated Guy Fawkes , Dots Luck they already have Xtract resources is a bargain and a half to me . The joint venture into copper / gold prospecting into Zambia was in my mind an exploration venture until I listened to the Investor show presentation . When Mr.Colin Bird highlighted " if something is found the resource in itself would enable financing even if Xtract Reources was unable to do so " . I thought why would he even say that then realised the size of the Manica prospect might mean we finance part of the development of it ourselves transporting ore to the Omnia hard rock processing plant rather than have sub contractors taking more than the 20% already agreed upon . Allowing the Zambian copper / gold joint venture to become a sub division of Xtract Resources or even sold off … Aye , I know Mr.Colin Bird has been eyeing Zambia for three years hence unlikely but where’s there’s a quick buck to be made I’m sure he’s wise enough to make it . Being able to raise funds through a large copper resource find in Zambia would certainly attract buyers …

XTR , video from XTR , presentation at Investor Show 2019 I’ve listened to the presentation video several times now and feel more confident for doing so . Appears a couple posters on L.S.E. bulletin boards would like a cheaper entry price and so would I for the 550k shares I sold at 0.76p /share to relocate to my self select ISA account but honesty is best policy . Hence there will be no cherry picking from me with regards to Zambia and this is what Mr. Colin Bird said about it . " It’s not going to be expensive our partner wants to subscribe to his position . We’re in production creating cash and that cash is going to get greater . Hopefully if I can get the timing right we won’t be going out with a placing bowl to finance Zambia because I’ve kept it low key . If we do discover something and cannot fund out of operations the market supports discovery and boy does this world need new copper discoveries . " We know Sino 2 new alluvial agreement started February 1st but what we lean’t in this video is the alluvials will be done with within 15 months at anticipated throughput rate by Sino 2 , That’s overburden removed from hard rock within 15 months . We learn’t from those who attended the show Sino 2 have 4 alluvial processing plants on site already hence is this being ramped up to more alluvial processing plants since Mr. Colin Bird emphasised in the video cash income is going to get greater . Whilst we await news from Omnia we already have them signed to an agreement to process all hard rock at Manica other than fair brides . Be nice to learn what progress they’ve made and whether fair brides has been included in a new contract … wow … news to come by the bucket load by the seems of it . Does make you realise why the Market Makers have walked the share price up from 0.68p /share day of presentation to 0.835p /share to buy last thing today . Walked up on low buying volumes too yep the sells like mine were meant to got into my ISA account sad how Halifax refuse to do a B&B first year I’ve had that problem with Xtract Resources shares but I’m sure we’ll find out soon enough why they’re playing hard ball .

XTR , video from XTR , presentation at Investor Show 2019 Very kind of the poster Andrew4444 over on the L.S.E… bulletin board to share this video and how reassuring Mr.Colin Birds words are . www.ukinvestorshow.com/videos/xtract-resources-plc/ My take on it is Mr.Colin Bird has been in discussions with Omnia with regards to doing all the hard rock at our Manica prospect but sites like Dots luck , Guy Fawkes have already been agreed upon on a 50 : 50 profits split hence news regarding that should be coming soon . They have a hard rock plant but no hard rock to process weird but like Mr.Bird pointed out he’s not being hurried into an agreement involving fair brides , even considering doing a lychin gold extraction format to get fair brides / hard rock revenue into the system as soon as possible . I like his forward thinking with regards to zambia even if he’s had it in mind for three years . All appears low risk but potential to make huge profits with both copper and gold being on the plus side . No doubt when alluvial revenue results are announced many more investors will come aboard . I noticed the Market Makers already walking the share price up but a market cap at current share price for a company debt free with so much potential is a rarity . Aye … I’m sure it’ll be walked up a lot more fairly soon .

Sino 2 , alluvial revenue due next week . SP ticked up but why? With the new contract with Sino 2 , kicking in from 1st February 2019 we also have the extra 2% of net percentage of gold mined entry fee per quarter to add to XTR revue stream until entry fee settlement in full has been met , 20% thereafter . Hence in my mind even with the heavy rains … which Manica area Mozambique suffered it’s heaviest rains for many a year Q1 2018 should provide interesting alluvial results . We’ve been led to believe Sino 2 had some heavy over burden to contend with whilst heading towards the chicken farm with lower over burden and higher gold grades there but whether this reflects in Q! 2019 alluvial revue results is neither here or there in my opinion since the rainy season is over now with Sino 2 having four alluvial processing plants enabling it to meet it’s throughput targets set out in the 16th January 2019 RNS Number : 2961N as opposed to one processing plant Q1 2018 … I haven’t the foggiest why the SP ticked up but then as I’ve already stated in a previous post I’ve tried to sell shares with the hope of buying them back in an ISA account without any lose to myself . Meaning the SP has to drop below 0.75p /share for me to get them back … grrr … got a feeling several others are in the same position but luckily my holding is in the millions of shares hence if might have to right off potential profit with that or do I jump back in paying 0.784p /share . Hate losing money v hate losing potential profit … Xtract Resources , Market Cap is well under valued with Easter break meaning no trading tomorrow or Monday an RNS next week with alluvial results may just catch me out but then that’s Xtract Resources Market Makers for you … Nothing to do with a revue stream from a AIM listed gold producing company with a Market Cap of less than £2.75 million .

Russian investment in Zimbabwe brings confidence and stability to the region Still no joy with bed & breakfasting my trading acc. shares into my self select ISA acc with Halifax so trying to do it manually . I sold 550k @ 0.76p /share but then got a shock trying to buy them back in my ISA acc. with an ask of 0.798p /share … brrrr … glad I only tried doing that with a small part of my trading account holding , might have to just say lesson learned on that one . With news due on many fronts : Hard rock from the Manica terraces with Omnia , new hard rock agreement incorporating fair brides with Omnia and probably a finance company such as what we got with the alluvial’s and Sino 2 , Nexus agreement to fund part of the hard rock processing operation . Then there’s Q1 , 2019 alluvial revenue stream , profits from Sino 2 and their many alluvial processing plants to come later this month . Hence for tax reasons I really need to get as many Xtract Resources shares into my ISA as soon as possible . Since any of the previously referred to news items could and probably will substantially lift the Market Cap from what the Market Makers deem suitable at present of £2.7 million . A profit making gold miner with no debt , revenue stream about to substantially increase … well there you have my opinion and the reason I’m trying to bed and breakfast my shares into an ISA account .

Russian investment in Zimbabwe brings confidence and stability to the region Well, one would hope that would push the price up but there’s remarkably little evidence of it happening ! Yes, I know the response: its the market makers holding the price down. Seems to happen a lot on the AIM market. Cygnus 7

Russian investment in Zimbabwe brings confidence and stability to the region Found this earlier today , " Zimbabwe has signed an agreement with Russia to build a new platinum mine in the southern African country, finalizing a deal that’s stalled since 2014 ". www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-04-10/zimbabwe-russia-finalize-deal-for-4-billion-platinum-mine Certainly makes the region less volatile with investment like that happening so soon after the recent cyclone . With the Chinese already heavily invested in Mozambique and surrounding area Xtract Resources , Manica prospect is looking better everyday . I still haven’t managed to Bed & Breakfast ( B&B ) my trading shares into my ISA but realised someone did earlier . Looks like some N/T got taken up by the ( MM’s ) too since I was unable to get a quote on anything above 100 shares when I dummy tested the liquidity situation . A friend who is also a large share holder remarked the majority of shares are now in sticky fingers and probably the same people trying to buy more .

Dragonslayer1 08 Apr 2019

MM's value XTR at £2.52m whilst they have £650k in bank , dorey bars worth 100's thousands at Manica phoned Halifax this morning and even they said they’d have to contact the broker to buy Xtract Resources shares getting the same result as me with my online account , as in Negotiated / Trading … brrrr … The MM’s don’t want people to buy XTR shares and with what information is available to private investors it’s easy to see why , if they’ve got a short on that is . Who would have thought Xtract Resources would be self funding when the SP was over 3p a share just over a year ago but it is . With the ultra low trade volumes the MM’s took the Market Cap down on it’s ironic we’re now in the position whereby buying shares is done through N/T only .

Dragonslayer1 04 Apr 2019

MM's value XTR at £2.52m whilst they have £650k in bank , dorey bars worth 100's thousands at Manica Yep , it’s starting to look interesting with the new ISA , year starting Monday . Pity the MM’s are being so short or I’d be able to get a quote online now but then come Monday it’ll be a quick call to Halifax to see what I can get . On top of the cash , dorey bar position we own the Manica prospect license outright . Have a DFS on fair brides , hard rock open pit mine . Have Sino 2 working towards the chicken farm area alluvials . Then have Omnia contracted to do the hard rock in the terraces along with what Mr. Colin Bird has said a view to process the hard rock at fair brides too . Now that’s just Manica putting a floor under Xtract Resources we also have joint ventures in copper exploration going on at very little cost with high rewards with literally no risk to XTR … what’s not to like and may be the reason the MM’s are stumped . Watch the small trades go through but try buying any …

30th Oct 2018 , Alluvial Collaboration Agreement terms Amended anything over 500 shares not 5000 shares went to Negotiated / Trading ( N/T ) up until 14:37 hrs . Then it rose to 250k shares at 0.7925p /share before ( N/T ) kicked in dropping to 0.777p /share after the 275k share sale went through with ( N/T ) kicking in at 500k @ 0.777p /share . Market Makers shaking out some but looking at the ultra low volume sells I’d say doing a tree shake is more likely than anything to warrant swings in share price . I quoted from a webcast earlier from the 5th March 2019 . With Mnaica explained in detail of high overburden where they were working and from March heading towards the chicken famr with higher grades and less over burden . I found the link again hence worth listening from 9 minutes on wards to get a fair picture of what’s going on , concurred with issued RNS’s too . www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/stocktube/12461/xtract-resources-boosts-its-interest-in-zambia-with-eureka-project-12461.html

30th Oct 2018 , Alluvial Collaboration Agreement terms Amended most my Halifax account is willing to sell before Negotiated / Trading ( N/T ) kicks in is 5,000 shares . Been like it all morning hence is there an RNS logged , large buyer mopping up any sells … not that there’s been any of note … weird , just hope someone can shed some light on it .

Dragonslayer1 03 Apr 2019

30th Oct 2018 , Alluvial Collaboration Agreement terms Amended Ironic how only a little over 5 months ago the amount of profit from Alluvial gold sales increased by 25% for XTR when the profits split with Nexus changed from 60% Nexus 40% XTR to 50% - 50% . Yep Mr.Colin Bird fought hard to increase profits for Xtract Resources including holding back the contract with Sino 2 until a more favourable outcome was reached . I’ve highlighted this fact since even with low grades quoted previous to the Investor show and again at the investor show substantially increased throughput along with a 25% increase in profits split over Q1 2018 should mean Q1 2019 alluvial profits will be up substantially . In a recent pod cast Mr.Colin Bird emphasised the deep alluvials with high overburden were to be followed by higher grade alluvials towards the chicken farm , I wonder why this wasn’t expanded upon at the Investor show or is it part of the insider trading scenario that was mentioned . The 30th Oct 2018 , Alluvial Collaboration Agreement RNS is well worth reading hence I’ll attach a link since many positive aspects of it have been forgotten by some already . www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=XTR&ArticleCode=0ohztuh2&ArticleHeadline=Alluvial_Collaboration_Agreement_terms_amended
