Institutional Investors! Still here R94 after a brief departure earlier in the year. Now on a fresh start a few weeks ago and straight back into loss after recent market falls. Today’s news is interesting and reaction a little delayed due, I guess, to the late release of the RNS. But now +15% which is good, but a shame it’s from such a low base ! Still, at least my latest teacher is in profit, but I’m hanging on to it for now as there’s more good news to come as we move into 2019. If I live long enough I might still see an improved bank balance courtesy of XTR

Alluvial Collaboration terms amended ...... 50% : 50% split now Mr.Colin Bird did say he was seeking to get better terms and boy did he keep his word . The old 60% Nexus / 40% Xtract split in reality means an extra 25% revenue stream to Xtract from the sub-contractor Sino and any other Alluvial contractor that is now taken on using the 50% / 50% split announced today . Probably the reason no further sub-contractors were employed under the old agreement also highlighting with low over heads , cash in the bank and a revenue stream Xtract Resources can and will negotiate best Alluvial deals possible with minimum risk for it’s share holders . Companies getting stronger and worth multiples of the £2.21 million Market Cap deemed appropriate by the Market Makers but then a re-rate is for them to do . Which will happen especially with hard rock processing about to start too .

3rd Quarter alluvial gold results increase 6.35% from previous quarter Bought another tranche on Friday ( 350k shares at 0.6794p / share ) . It’s coming together like the super spike we experienced from 6th Feb 2015 , price per share at time 0.075p to buy through to 6th June 2015 , price to buy 0.48p to buy . That was pre 200:1 consolidation but so reminiscent of how the Market Makers are playing this share yet again . Those invested back then knew there was a placing done 10 months previously at 0.2145p /share only to experience constant 24 x 7 negative postings on another chat site with any postings of positive news quickly spammed by a poster or two with multiple user names . Then towards the start of the super spike we experienced day’s of large trade sells . On Thursday last week there was an obvious 1 million share sale then Friday a not so obvious 500k share sale & 200k share sell at 0.666p /share along with a 200k share sell at 0.6575p / share totalling another 1 million shares all within 20 mins of trading time . Prior to these sells my 500k share request to purchase a further tranche was going to N/T … very similar to 2015 in fact identical apart from the 200:1 consolidation , assets Xtract Resources now own Manica , Gold in the form of dorey bars un-cashed distorting the true worth of the company and of course hard rock processing about to commence with the commissioning of the Omnia 40kt per month processing plant in November . Obviously 1st quarter 2019 will be the first full quarter of production but the processed ore in November on start up and December will undoubtedly be valuable to Xtract Resources since Nexus doesn’t have it’s finger in the pie taking Royalties like it does with the alluvial dorey bars . I only mentioned Thursday and Friday for the sells of 1 million shares but recently daily volumes have been very low in fact zero shares traded hands last Monday . So are we seeing the remains of the 14th November 2017 equity placing shares entering the market via a short . I’d say yes … is forthcoming news regarding the Hard Rock Collaboration Agreement about to create a short squeeze … probably but then I’ll be buying in ever increasing tranches just to help them out …

SP Angel's note out this morning... "Excluding the post-acquisition expenditure on the feasibility study, Xtract is realising 40% on its investment in Manica in less than a year. It appears that management considered that harvesting a profit now was a better solution than seeking to raise the US$35m of capital to develop the mine and that the funds can be better employed on the less risky development of its Manica mine in Chile..."

Read Beaufort Securities's note on XTRACT RESOURCES PLC (XTR), out this morning, by visiting Research Tree "Management cited substantial dilution and additional debt has the main reasons not to proceed with the development of the Manica Gold project. The estimated initial capital expenditure was US$38m plus an additional US$14m for underground development. To this end, the required capital could have resulted in significant dilution to the current market capitalisation. The sale of Manica, at a 40% return on the initial investment, allows Xtract to focus on its producing Chepica mine in Chile while firming up its balance sheet. We understand that the company is also evaluating other potential high return projects. We look forward to more information regarding the company's strategy as well as updates on operational activity at..." It's free to access
