Running out of cash? XSG… XXXX Woodford bad investment thus far … Cynical Bear calls it a dog . 27th Nov
Running out of cash? Like tossing bundles of £50 notes into the fire Sell This will join the -100% AIM Club
Running out of cash? I wondered what was happening. Would seriously contemplate buying, after a read of the last results, because I really rate this company’s ideas, and I love a good story. SPs can get run down prior to placings so the boys in the institutions can guarantee some sort of return. I don’t get the impression they are going bust. DYOR IMHO ETC
Rights issue Seems to be holding up quite well - very confident tone on tanneries too.
Re: Momentum As at today Mkt Cap = £242m5 major Shareholders account for £198.5m Woodford Investment Management LLP £62.8mInvesco Limited £61.5mIP Group Plc £43.5Entrepreneurs Fund General Partner Limited £20.2Baillie Gifford & Co £10.5mI think this is a business with significant potential but at the moment it is just that, potential. However, I think that all of the above are very likely to be long term holders so I think it is a question of being patient and seeing how they can scale up and commercialise the technology that they have.
Re: Momentum ....Talygarn Tom .....re Woodford buys ....and again in July ? 2017....is this good news ? or bad news ?SAGE
Wash out The valuation is over 100 X turnover. (NOT PE ! )SAGE
Dyson Just a hunch. Dyson pulled their contrarotator domestic washer machine off the market, because it was over engineered for the price and losing money. But James Dyson made it clear he liked and wanted to return to the domestic washing machine market. Dyson have also said that whilst their focus is on "air" related appliances at present they intend to bring out products in new areas going forward. Could Dyson seek to licence Xeros technology for domestic washers? A licence for domestic seems to be available for the right player.
Re: Momentum Mr Woodford bought another 800,000 shares this week.
Re: Momentum Some Board changes a few days ago. Maybe market doesn't like these or the guys are dumping their shares while going good (ish).Expected more positive news over past 6 months. Looks like still R&D going on rather than getting orders in.Worth watching but could drop more without revenue news imho. Not holding my breath on this. And market looks wobbly anyway and high risk stocks likely to suffer more than others.
Re: Momentum "Can't make my mind up whether this mob is a threat to my Unilever or not."LK -- or my Procter & GambleStock dropped 12% today. It's an interesting concept if it can scale, but could it take a lot of convincing in the mainstream market? An aweful lot of washing power/liquid/gel could get left on those shelves.Company coming up for 10 years old now -- must be time for it to start making some money, no?Games - Anyone know how frequently you need to change the beads and how much they would cost?
Re: price I think it's more a sign of general selling in the market and from what I can see anything with a high p/e or without solid earnings is getting hammered even if the news is good. Look at Ted Baker, Just Eat and Moneysupermarket this week. Jefferies have target price of 170p. If this company can scale up quickly enough I think it has excellent prospects.
price What is going on? No news posted, but fall of more than 20% this week. Is it because some of the original EIS investors are now able to sell free of CGT?

Re: Momentum Alecro,"Any guesses as to realistic SP re PE?"Bit tricky innit? Being as they ain't no earnings yet? Can't make my mind up whether this mob is a threat to my Unilever or not.LKH on the flybridge steering clear of Xeros for now
