Re: Next step I have just sent mine.
Re: Next step Letter sent to BEIS Comm as suggested, thanks for the pointer, BY
Next step I would like to ask all interested to write to the clerk of Commons Committee asking them to request a motion be put forward for a commons select committee enquiry into the conduct of the Board of Directors of Excite energy and also the role of the OGA in this matter.[link]
Re: Thanks Blue City, I've lost 90% of my savings on this lot and because of my obvious lack of experience in these matters, I feel helpless and unable to contribute toward rectifying my/our position. If I can contribute, I definitely would, but my one beacon of hope is that there are other better qualified and more able folk, chipping away in the background. If I get a couple of £K back, that would be great but ...............well I'm an optimist.
Re: Update? I have just know about Xcite's liquidation, would like to give suport to group ation if there are on
Thanks Thanks to all those who have responded via the xcite action email. One of the hardest parts of all of this is the feeling that you are alone and powerless. Believe me this is not the case.
Re: Liquidation I have to add that he can run but can't hide. I hope his children realise that theirs father has always been a lying cheating c***. H e will, ultimately get what he deserve's as will tubby Kew, both milked shareholders whilst being unable to provide the info they should have. Any comments guy's or are you still in your own dream world. Life's too short but you deserve to get yours make no mistake.
Re: Liquidation Quite right Deano, I wish him dead but only after an incredibly painful illness.
Re: Liquidation Cole pushing up daisies wont be payback for me. He mislead us shareholders and he and his family are enjoying life now. Him being dead wont take away the pain he as caused, and no matter what they say in church they still remain evil.
Re: Liquidation The sooner Cole is pushing up daisies the better. Arrogant f pig that he is, lied through his teeth.
Re: Liquidation Seem to remember Cole once said something like 'Ignore the falling share price, the industry will value us'....... $1 in the end, was it ?
Re: Liquidation You would think Cole and rest of the shower would have the decency to at least say how sorry they are that Xcite has finished up the way it has .Judge me on the final outcome did he not tell us ?What a bunch of low life cowards.
Re: Liquidation The princely sum of £0.00Don't get your hopes up.
Re: Liquidation Excuse me Slot but what proceeds are TD Direct referring to?
Re: Liquidation I've been out the game ill for nearly a year, so the end is finally here (the company not me i'm glad to say). Lost a lot of money on this and can't really say I've learnt anything other than directors can't be trusted, not allowed to call them thieving bastxxds but as the thought police still can't arrest you just wanted to say my small piece and turn my back on this for good. Did spend too much time reading this board over the years as well as too much money diluting my shares. Anyway good luck to you all. Fxxk you Cole. I wont look back. Lec.
