Anyway my interest in this now centers on how farked the directors knew we were, at what point they knew it (thus denying shareholders the opportunity to at least salvage some pennies), how much bull was spun in the face of adversity (seems already to be a few holes in the story versus OGA version of events) etc etc etc and blah blah blah.FTI investigations were not remotely extensive and we have to take there word for it that no other deal was workable. As mentioned before if the Bondholders took on the asset they clearly know better than the plethora of companies that expressed an interest in the asset to the extent the four year extension was granted.Just think about that, what in the name of JR Ewing are the OGA seeing that facilitated that. This is all about nods and winks and how's your fathers.I repeat Bondholders were happy with debt for equity swap then took the 'gamble' with liquidation. They wanted to keep hold of this and the Bod in their expert incompetence enabled it (Xcite Bod leading bidding process lmfao
Re: incredible... "The 98.5% debt for equity offer was the best one that there was available but shareholders shouted it down"If a bloke offers me a cup of tea while he's mugging me it doesn't alter the fact I'm being mugged right?
Re: New Directors Whalsay Pinkisback, show who offered a higher price and you'll have proved it's a joke. If you can't then it's the highest bidder wins. Out of favour heavy oil that needs hundreds of millions or even a billion spent to get any return maybe is a factor?
Re: New Directors Whalsay 267ml bls of 2p reserves for 58c a bl ! Its a joke !
Re: New Directors Whalsay Paul Warwick also a director ofwww.ardyne.co.ukSo the O&G happy to grant a 4 year licence to these 3 representing the bond holders.Lets see who they pass it onto down the line and complete the jigsaw. There is no doubt in my mind that this was always going to end up with the bond holders.

Affect is a verb meaning to influence something and effect is the something that was influenced. For example, I bought huge amounts of a share in order to effect the share price, and unsurprisingly, it did affect the share price. Pedantry is my middle name. Well, not literally
big whispers
sad person posting drivel on the BB and you don't even have shares .................. get a life !!
well this company may have a future ........... which is more than you do slipperyoil
slipperyoil - your name says it all. Why don't you just "do one" and do genuine shareholders on here a favour.
platinum up massive 2%... platinum producer, SLP, is moving higher. target double digit....
So much dross on this site by people wanting to talk this share down. Almost as bad as those who want to vote to stay in the EU in my opinion. I am sure Rupert could have sold out for peanuts but let's see what this company is really worth in the next few weeks. Hope those shorters get burnt big time!
