and is it the same with a F/O offer?

just thinking out aloud - if xel receive a T/O enquiry do they have to anounce it straight away to the market - if not how much time do they have to consider it before anouncing?

Think xel is now a busted flush - we took a chance and it didn't come off. I think only a t/o offer will now get us above £1
