Dividend Policy The Telegraph's Questor reports WTR has changed its dividend policy. It will now pay a total of 6pc of its NAV at the start of the financial year in quarterly instalments. Previously it paid a total of 3.5% in 2 instalments.Numis estimated this year's payment at 5.7675p, with the first instalment due in August.That would make the yield 6.2% at the current share price.A dividend of 6.4925p under the old policy will be paid on June 8.Adnatman
