Re: Value per share 0-500 take your pick! --- phew my holding 1300 shares @1.20 once Worthington was suspended wrote them off------- there again £5-£10 a share would be nice.
Value per share So what is the value of my holding of almost 11,000 shares.Prior the "The Excitement ",when they had been originally suspended for Eons I had written them off to zero.Post excitement I had the choice to sell for way over 100p (which would have given me a decent profit).....but I did nt.My guess is that they are worth somewhere between zero (again) & 500p (taking the most optimistic of views. Will I sell if I can get over 100p again...probably not !The above probably explains why I have not made as much money out of my stock market forays as I should have !With honesty !

Less than clear..... So when, how,to whom, for what and at what price were the shares issued that caused the present issued capital to increase from 14,498,783 to 25,016,509 shares today? Why has the company failed to date to produce audited annual accounts for year to 30 Sept 2014?These were due not later than 1/03/2015 under market rules and their publication is a listing requirement;the fact that Worthington is suspended on an unrelated matter(awaiting reverse takeover prospectus approval & publication) is of no consequence.Publication is still required;Wothington cannot relist on LSE without accounts.Shortly Worthington will have been suspended for 6 months;the fact that if then it is not compliant with market rules in regard to its accounts could I understand give the listing authority the ability to cancel the listing if it sought to exercise this authority. The prospectus publication is not a matter whose timing the company has total control, the accounts are however.
Re: Silence is Golden !WOW! I only have to comment on the "SILENCE" and look what happens. Good reading everyone. Now Lets get these back trading , so I CAN SELL!
Re: I AM BANNED ON LSE A poster called "SantoTraficante" on LSE was virulently abusive of other posters with whom he disagreed,an utter disgrace even by the low standards of that dire financial board.I have no idea if that was yourself. It is against iii rules to use such abuse against other board members in posting. If anyone does I will bring it to the attention of the iii moderator for their opinion. For the record I have never posted on LSE under any name.I have posted on this board since Craig Whyte took an interest here some years ago.
Re: I AM BANNED ON LSE I'm neither long nor short in Worthington.I find Tom Winnifrith entertaining. He can be righteous with his views on some companies; but then be supportive of his cronies (Jessica Drummond - you know who you are) who are capable of turing a multi-million business in to dust in very short order. I guess we can all be like this...That said. Aren't some of his comments on Worthington fact, or are you suggesting that he simply makes this stuff up? I can only assume that he is one of your "regular derampers and shorters".If only some of what he says is fact, would you want to be invested in Worthington?
I AM BANNED ON LSE Any posters over on LSE that read here, please let the guys know that I have been permamently banned by LSE by confronting and calling out the regular derampers and shorters. You all know now who they are. There will be more once we relist. The months of calling them out and in my opinion the likely collusion of LSE in their frequenting the board means they have permanently banned me from posting. Given that, I asked them to just completely delete my account if they were not going to allow me to post. Keep fighting the good fight and don't let the sc..um bring you or the investment down, hopefully I will continue to post here so that you guys can relay the messages there. Good luck all genuine Worthers, not long now.
Silence is Golden All quiet from the "Blabber machine".

Re: Petition Share Prophets Interesting petition - should all commentators including Bulletin board contributors be subject to FCA overview? What about newspapers, PR companies contracted by companies, major shareholders in fact anyone who intentionally or unintentionally says something which affects the share price.Given how effective the FCA is does it matter?
Re: TW The QA session states this:" We could be given the green light to resume trading on the market more or less immediately but, in order to ensure that the Frankfurt and Stuttgart markets are ready, we are hoping to be able to give investors three days notice of the resumption of trading. However, this notice period may not be possible and shareholders may therefore be given very little, if any, notice"Presumably some shareholders may have more notice than others if their alleged association with the directors is to be believed. If I wanted to buy or sell shares immediately they are re-listed, is it the case that Frankfurt opens an hour before London and that I need the facility to buy or sell shares there if I believe the share price might increase or come under pressure? I have no experience of share trading in Europe, but it does appear that they are currently an hour ahead of the FTSE. Will the smart money be setting a price before London opens?
