Don't get too excited but... Ask the CEOFriday 8th May – The Company had been intending to publish a Q+A session today but has been advised to defer this until next week; we currently expect to be able to publish this on Tuesday.From the company web site.

Nuna Minerals A/S Nuna Minerals A/S;the company with which Worthingtons associated investment company GREP had business dealings is to fille for bankruptcy according to a statement by the company yesterday.Suggestions had been made by some unconnected observers,not by WRN,that US listed Nuna was WRNs merger partner to obtain a listing.

Extremely Stupid bunch hereThis share is suspended, why are you NON holders, spouting the board in SELL recs. IT CANNOT traded. As for no name of the OFFERORGo check a recent RNS on LOGP, where the OFFEROR cannot be named, but then all companies are lying aren't they you utter tools.

Re: New RNS They should buy the hot air balloon company that is closing in Shropshire.They would be able to fly them on all the hot air they talk, therefore saving on propane gas.I have put a strong sell,well I can dream can't I ?

Re: New RNS It will be interesting to see which of the usual suspects admit to owning 1% or more of the company;although the holdings are perhaps held by numerous companies.I still find it curious that the company has not as far as I am aware informed the market as to whom,when,how,what,how much etc the 10.5m additional shares were issued.Now over 25m share in issue.Neither has the company bothered to issue annual accounts.It is not in compliance with listing requirements;accounts should be issued within 5 months of year end(Sept 30th 2014) or for that matter UK company law,accounts required within 6 months of year end.I wonder if the "Special Purpose Vehicle" being used for the "takeover" is road worthy!!!!
