Why not ask for a 28 YEARS EXTENSION ? I say again! Why not ask for a 28 YEARS EXTENSION ?(The strong sell is me being sarcastic)

Re: Craig Whyte declared bankrupt today. No chance IMO of Worthington ever listing.Kiss goodbye to your ill advised money on this one, it's not like there weren't warning signs (going down the "divisions", delays with listing authorities for starters) or canaries in the coal mine (Tom Winnifrith).

Craig Whyte declared bankrupt today. Following action by Ticketus in action for £20.8m judgement re takeover of Rangers.Where does this leave Law Financial Ltd Worthington's main asset improbably valued at £10m in last unaudited interim accounts(to March 30 2014) which consists in the main of Whyte's claim against present RFC.The criminal case against Whyte is yet to be heard. Will WRN be commenting;probably unlikely ibut any blathering by Ware is a waste of space in the absence of accounts.

Re: 28 day extension You suggest 'sell' and I would agree with you, but this doesn't appear to be an option? Does it?

Re: 28 day extension I gather Nuna have produced their 2014 annual accounts;basically they are bust."Greenland Mining",the proxy Worthington vehicle claims it intends to put in about £1m(in Danish Krona) + other working capital(from where I know not) in exchange for 85% of Nuna's shares providing Nuna retains its listing on Nordic Nasdaq OMX exchange.I assume the plan is that then Nuna merges with WRN(How this sorts out WRNs finances I know not!) and then the idea of the usual suspects is that Nuna then manages to get a listing on LSE on the back of its Nasdaq OMX listing........Of course "in real life" the easiest solution for WRN would be to comply with UK listing rules & Company law and produce accounts etc.....

Re: Craig Whyte & Charles Green arrested Now charged with conspiracy & involvement in serious organised crime.Phew!Well that can't involve Worthington. They can't even "organise" the publication of their accounts.I am sure that the revaluation of Law Financial assets to £10m was whiter than whyte. It's still earley days...Ware there's a will......

TX2 02 Sep 2015
