until we know the clean energy company target and their value and profitablity we can only speculate I presume they will be a private comapny with a small number of people holding most of the shares

WRN are masters at communication and reading the market with investors. Just by suspending trading it is causing massive buying interest because everyone is so intrigued and the opportunity is so immense. The news is relentless and with dual listings you just have to be in this because I do not believe another company currently compares in the market that has so much potential. I think the next RNS will be massive and once trading commences the floodgates with investor money will open. Big gains here. This is a hold not short term but right up to NY listing. Love it

Rule 5.6 is clear. A private Company takes a public Company over to Bypass a lenghty process of going public. Only CPS would make sense and if so - there is value that is for sure and it makes even sense.
