IN the news released by Worthington DW does not make any attempt to challenge the information released by tw. I think the information release by TW is very different from the 'lunatic on the bus' it is for the whole public to see, over a long period. Aidan earley has mad a court challenge, I must say I doubt it will be successful.

It doesnt matter about deals with Aidan Earley , after all at the time he was not banned as a director, so I am sure everything he did at the time was perfectly straight foreward and above board. It is only after you are convicted that you do things wrongly , is it not??

if emails and contracts are bullshit I agree, but I think in the real world thats how business is done. I was invested but luckily got out when i realised the profit reported in the last interims was illusory.
