this company has had it, an rns which contradicts earlier ones, the fact that it will not relist on the main market, the fact that accounts will show very poor finances, it looks like desparation

doug is a genius?? six months preparing a prospectus for a relisting, scraps this now a takeover by an overseas company - what next?? No plans whatsoever, just jump onboard any bus that comes along.

ISDX are clamouring out for new companies to list on there.

wow just read the rns, so looks like a relisting on the main stock exchange is not on the cards, but an overseas exchange. lets wait and see which one.
