I dont think any shareholder approval is required for one company to take over another, as is proposed, and rto is a different matter, but that is not what was proposed, its a takeover of wrn by nuna

its great news they have not yet relisted, especially if rising interest rates are expected, I hope Doug waits until interest are predicted to fall - clever fella

Unfortunately I sold out the day before the delisting. Shame, if only I had held on, I could have enjoyed the the almost issued prospectus, the extended takeover by nuna, and the completion of the ten deals.
