The takeover bid will be at over £2.30 and it will be in cash from nuna's reserves. The whole business will relist based upon the value of the cash and assets held within the combined group and the share price will reflect this.

although I think this stock is a definite nil and will not relist, with lse not working , the quality of any post has gone down hill, unfortunately catty and Andy sound very juvenile

its not Doug, its the Greenland Mining Co that need to fund Nuna for the T/O of WRN to take place - Dougs hands are tied on this, but the key is that the director of GM is also a major shareholder in WRN. They ALL need this deal to go through, including the Greenland Government

everything is moving in the right direction and the T/O deal is still being finalised - these things take time. They cannot sort the deals until the T/O takes place.
