See link below...this is the Takeover Panles website which clearly lists the T/O deals taking place currently. WRN / NUNA deal is one of them

if the deal with NUNA fall through, then we will re-list and do the other deals

they dont own a digital marketing co, but this is a potential deal, along with other deals. These arent really that important now. The important thing is that we DO get taken over by NUNA and that we relist, hopefully before XMAS.

im going off my own research and all the RNS' that have been issued. WRN own nothing, but Nuna will take them over! once completed their name will change and the conglomerate will begin to grow

news 25/11 when Nuna shareholders accept the re-financing deal from GM and then NUNA t/o WRN. 10 Deals will follow!
