Hansource Investments LimitedW Resources Plc (AIM:WRES), the tungsten, copper and gold, exploration and development company with assets in Spain and Portugal, announces that it has come to the attention of the Company that Hansource Investments Limited ("Hansource", which is a registered owner of 333,333,333 ordinary shares of 0.1p per share ("Ordinary Shares" in the Company, representing 6.08%, has been dissolved by Companies House due to a filing oversight. The Company has been advised that Hansource is in the process of being restored to the Register of Companies. In the meantime, W Resources understands that the Ordinary Shares are currently deemed bona vacantia and accordingly may be owned by the Crown. Hansource representatives have advised that they expect to be able to achieve reinstatement. The Company will provide a further update in due course.

Hansource Inv Ltd - more info I have looked at the AR's and if you look at 2014 Hansource Investments Ltd shareholding is then 10.5% of the company. That is very strange given that it wasn't incorporated until 16 Jan 2015!check out this link that I just found advising of the purchase:-[link] couldn't get any further with the article since I do not have a corporate email address any longer.May I suggest that all interested parties send an email to WRES to inquire about this company? It also seems strange to me that with such a large shareholding nobody who is listed as a director of Hansource Inv Ltd has/had a board position with WRES!It is very much Chinese Director orientated (no pun) . Thre is also a registered company (now dissolved) Hansource Investments Holdings Ltd with the same BOD as the non holdings company.Lets keep digging!

Very Odd.aside from being a dissolved company.looking at the wres website the Hansource shareholding announcement came at a time 6th feb 2015, when his wife's H Gibson shareholding went from around that percentage to zero.but why the company is dissolved?weirdMore interesting is that my research found out that MM owned Australian Iron Ore, which owned IRS, that WRES /Caspian bought in 2010 for e1m and IRS had an option for e2.95m to buy 100% of La parilla from AIO, owned by MM. 3rd party transactions which were something I missed previously.

There are no financials lodged at Companies House during the period the company was registered. How on earth could they have purchased 333,333,333 shares?

I am concerned as to how a dissolved company can hold 6.18% of the shares. especially since there have never been any accounts filed and the company had one share of GBP £1 at the date of fornation!I note on your website that the above-captioned company is shown as a "significant" share owner in Wresources. Re: Hammer Time At first glance the chart looks promising GENG - I see too strong sets of resistance at 55p and 56p - getting above those will take some doing - but if it does then I will pile in - waiting for it to happen though because the sp is in a definite downtrend for the time being. Is this hammer time or a test of the resistance before moving lower - I don't know - so waiting.
