That's why I am here HUB - the breakout (GENG tip) and a bit of rummaging to find out the fundamentals - it's plain to see that once finance is secured then this is going to go a long way in % terms.Going to check out your tips to see if you have unearthed other gems - unlike FDI and Petra.

I do like to see skin in the game.I've added coverage / more detail on thesharehub.com site.This should rerate if/when funding is sorted assuming no equity dilution required which management appear to have indicated.ATBHUB

Re: No new shares to be issued to raise ... Everything about the chart says today is a good day to add. On 50 day moving average. Volume up which means buyers have been prepared to snap up shares on the lower price. It is oversold. I would normally bring this to the attention of others but not any more. Will there be another delay into 2018 for the finance deal and the need for MM's relatives to get another cheap top up? Probably a very good buy right now - probably, on known facts and charting.

Re: No new shares to be issued to raise ... on a brighter note, at this point in time it is CURRENTLY only 1m of the 3m equity impact he told us we would not need for financing.Market Makers played a blinder though, if they really walked this up from 0.26 to 0.45 to get the placing away!

Re: No new shares to be issued to raise ... Absolutely with you miltonboy. No way of sugar coating this. I read penholmes post and held off adding. Then when the interview was broadcadt I added as it was explicit - no more fund raising. Mm lied - simple as. Holding as I like the position very much. 5% dilution isnt massive but he has now lost my trust. Will treat all he says in future with scepticism.The usual good news was bundled up with the lie and cheat - letter of untent signed to take part of product - doesnt cut it - shameful episode for mm.

What else have we been potentially misled on.I jumped in having watched this and paid a price from other equity raises.I am concerned whether this is because they need them money and were surprised they needed the money or because it is a cheap way to get management more of a holding and therefore not necessarily a negative.I will hold fire and watch for a while before acting on my weak sell.

Added last week - the finance deal will be the key here - after that it is just a meccano set to make profit - other licences ahead of where mm thought they would be at this point too. Buy and hold for me with occasional trading to maximise the upward move all being well.
