Re: Outlook "Having listened to the FY conference call and outlook, VTC is beginning to look interesting IMV.... Lots of information on the VTC investors site. Fat % divi increase and trends in some markets VTC address may be developing favourably."Essential - I tend to agree. I have held it for a few years, bought it at depressed levels post-GFC and it's done very well for me indeed. Sold some on the way up but still a reasonably big holding at these levels. It will remain a fairly cyclical and volatile business IMHO, to some extent. They have had a big FX boost with the weak GBP, and this can obviously reverse. But valuation is undemanding - P/E below 12x, EV/EBITDA below 7x, now yielding nearly 4% on a divi very well covered from every angle. Whopping FCF yield of 14% (most recent historic), unlikely to be sustained but should still remain good. Balance sheet is healthy enough, and plenty of evidence of proactive and skilful management of cost and asset bases (smallish bolt-on acquisitions, etc). Not one to chase too hard at this SP in the short term IMHO, but I am certainly very happy holding what I have for the duration.
