China News! Advfn. Several boards for VRS there, but go to the main one with the most posts. If you click on the trades tab there you’ll also see live trades for a few seconds, a bit longer if you are on data roaming with a slowish connection. Atb, Tot

China News! Earlier a response from another thread which really sums up Fridays news! “Appreciate this is now the rugby thread for the next couple of hours but……Paul, re your ‘what’s next’ post earlier…if you look back at the AGM statement it said this: “The strategy agreed between BIGT and Versarien is to create an incubation hub in Beijing in partnership with the Chinese Government’s Administrative Committee of Beijing Petrochemical New Materials Science and Technology Industry Base, Versarien and CIGIU in return for access to a funded science park, access to a pipeline of projects and to locate a factory in a funded Sino-British industrial park within Shangdong Province.” So my guess is that we will soon hear that we have a factory in Shangdong… Incidentally, it was interesting to read yesterday that : “They can carry up to 30 projects and provide incubation conditions to accelerate the industrialization of the project. Before the end of this year, there will be 3 to 5 innovative projects in the field of graphene synthetic materials.” So 3 to 5 projects by the end of this year! And presumably all requiring our graphene…”

China News! ToT…Yes my view too (as well as others) and so fingers crossed for clarity come Monday!

China News! This article seems to me to relate to an ‘action research’ centre like the GEIC rather than a production facility and I wonder if the reason it hasn’t been RNS’d is that other deals are being signed whilst the Finance director is out in China. Hopefully all will be revealed on Monday. Tot

China News! phys.org Researchers build a silicon-graphene-germanium transistor for future THz... In 1947, the first transistor, a bipolar junction transistor (BJT), was invented in the Bell Laboratory and has since led to the age of information technology. In recent decades, there has been a persistent demand for higher frequency operation for a...

China News! Surprised why the company hasn’t sent a RNS, even if it was to say about the SP rise. I’ve not been following NRs twitter for ages as it’s full of creeps.

China News! Certainly looks promising from the pics! And sp action suggests it has credibility. I’m in profit on my second tranche but still underwater with my first which was bought in a moment of madness when the price was shooting towards 130 which turned out to be a spike ️

China News! Let’s hope so.

EyesonHawk2 01 Nov 2019

China News! No it has been coroborated on other sources. Awaiting further announcements apparently. RNS should be released at some point I guess. Just my opinion!

China News! It was known last week that Chris Leigh (VRS CFO) was in China last week. Now news is appearing from the Chinese press that the BIGT enterprise has been launched at a gathering in China. As yet no RNS has been issued to confirm but the sp is flying this morning! eyeson…China at last & fingers crossed Chris is seen sat at the centre of the group. [link] [link]

RNS Wednesday Collab with 'Insertec' RNS Number : 2025P Versarien PLC 09 October 2019 Versarien plc (“Versarien” or the “Company”) Refractory Materials Collaboration Versarien Plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, is pleased to announce that it has signed a collaboration agreement with Refractory Solutions Insertec S.L.U. (“Insertec”), an international manufacturer of industrial furnaces and refractory products, headquartered in Spain. Under the collaboration agreement, Versarien and Insertec will be working on a project to incorporate Versarien’s Hexotene® into certain of Insertec’s refractory materials with a view to enhancing their performance in molten metal applications. Hexotene® is a few layer hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) nanoplatelet powder with large lateral dimensions. Also known as “white graphene”, hexagonal boron nitride has a layered structure similar to graphite. With high chemical purity and mono-layer particles confirmed, Hexotene® was added to Versarien’s high performance 2D material product range in March 2018. Some of the key properties of Hexotene® that the Company believes could be particularly beneficial when added to Insertec’s high temperature refractory products include its high thermal stability, high thermal conductivity, high mechanical strength and its resistance to many chemicals and solvents. Further information on Insertec may be found at: [link] Neill Ricketts, CEO of Versarien, commented: "I am delighted that Versarien is working with Insertec with a view to enhancing the performance of their ceramics, used in foundries and other areas when molten metals are handled, through the addition of Versarien’s Hexotene®. This is our first collaboration utilising Hexotene® in a high temperature industrial application and we look forward to working with the Insertec team. “As outlined at the time of our AGM on 24 September 2019 our other key collaborations continue to progress in line with our expectations and I look forward to providing further updates on those, together with new potential applications for our 2D materials that are currently under discussion, in due course.”
