Greedy CEO, and greedy poor performing directors, making mistake after mistake and holding back information, then misleading the shareholders, holding us in fear of yet more dilution, constantly rewarding themselves with salary increases and bonuses, not to mention royalties, from the non profits tho company makes, after many years of fleecing investors.

Foo and Mannheim are taking more than is fair from the coffers, genuine shareholders have to risk riding the waves, selling and buying. A bad investment under this management.
