VOG-Interviews Does anybody have the facts or an opinion on the reason for the delay on ENEO recommencement?
VOG-Interviews 3 weeks now. What should we think if it becomes a month? You’re probably thinking I’m being impatient and I know it’s an AIM gas firm in Cameroon with all the risks involved. Believe you me I know, however Kevin Foo told us ENEO would become sorted in 2 weeks. I think it better that next time he doesn’t over promise and stop manipulating the share price.
VOG-Interviews And now it’s 2 weeks and 5 days. But at least the SP is going up!
General Interest lol, you still here! It was under the title of ‘General Interest’ therefore not intending to make any point!
General Interest Kevin Foo told us it was “imminentâ€. I’m getting impatient now. He shouldn’t have told us it would be wrapped up within 2 weeks.
General Interest So Natural Gas will be the BIG Winner in 2026, years years to go! The article makes NO mention of Cameroon or indeed West Africa. Nor any mention of the uptake of Gas by ENEO from VOG, so what’s your point??? GLA
General Interest General interest (Translated via Google): In 2026, natural gas will outperform oil and become the main source of energy in the world (Study) September 10, 2018 (Agence Ecofin) - Natural gas will account for a quarter of the world’s energy by 2026 and will become the primary source of energy, ahead of oil and coal. This is essentially what emerges from the new study of the Norwegian shipping classification company DNV GL, named: 2018 Energy Transition Outlook. This study comes exactly one year after another of the same type, led by the company, which predicted that natural gas would emerge as the world’s largest source of energy in 2034. According to the study’s developments, global oil demand will peak in 2023 and natural gas demand will continue to increase until 2034. Anything that will only be possible with the upsurge of upstream investment. To this end, the document forecasts an increase in global gas expenditures up from $ 960 billion in 2015 to a peak of $ 1.13 trillion in 2025. Among other highlights of this study, Northeastern Eurasia, the Middle East and North Africa will continue to account for most of conventional gas production by 2050, while North America will continue to dominate unconventional gas production. In offshore, the Middle East and North Africa will experience the highest annual rate of gas production, by at least 2050. In addition, DNV GL expects global liquefaction capacity to double by the end of the 2040s. As for gas trade, that of sub-Saharan Africa to India and South-East Asia should increase very strongly. VOG-Interviews Ok. It’s been 2 weeks since that video. Still no word. Kevin Foo, I’m certain, said that good news will be with us in 2 weeks. Goodness me!

VOG-Interviews My notion is that only material new income could ensure there isn’t a placing. Clearly we were being led to believe that new volume sales could follow the drilling. So far I dont believe . I may be wrong but my exposure to further losses is now v. small. Mel
VOG-Interviews Harwood, I just know that in June I wrote that there was an increase of 4 million debt since Q4, so if that’s true, then the level of debt now will be even greater. At the end of the interview they made quite a clear stipulation of enough money until end of year but absolutely no assurance of beyond then. As I indicated, I’m not sure whether they’re obliged to drill Matanda (would require money, although in the interview they did say no more drilling, and not sure what all that about drill 109 was that’s obviously not going ahead (or maybe not obviously). So, from what I know, a placing looks likely. I’d be happy to hear arguments and numbers from anyone who thinks a placing won’t be necessary as I’m by no means sure what the current financial situation of VOG is like. They kept very quiet about that in the latest RNS. However, great to see some momentum in the SP - a welcome relief!
VOG-Interviews Hi Melrosian, You are of course correct. I have"been there", “done that†in my day job". I guess we might be in for yet another of those good news/bad news announcements where the headline is the renewal of the ENEO contract and the small print is another placing. However, as I said, I think it is unlikely. The market today has been very positive, so I hope I am right. Harwood
VOG-Interviews Harwood. In real life when you have a highly geared sitrep, he, she or what which is looking over your shoulder at the direction of future cash flow … has a strong hand and a big say in what you have to do… Mel
VOG-Interviews Hi Mad Chick, While I share your concern that a placing would be yet another jolt to confidence, I have to ask what would it be for? I posted earlier that VOG is in the unusual situation of having an excess of supply over demand. The pipeline now reaches most places where demand exists. Surely Foo will be concentrating on the low hanging fruit to get supply to where is should be (including ENEO). Unless Foo plans to build his own electricity generation plant or an LPG production facility I can’t see the need for major capital raising in the near future. Harwood
VOG-Interviews lol, you are a worrier!
