Would you trust a man with a name like Foo The trouble is with SAVP is that it operates in Africa and not to be trusted. The $1 spent for $6 recouped is a classic scam statement and will never show up in future results. We have seen this time and time again with these types of companies. What do you know about the 2 companies that SAVP are about to take over? Maybe its because SAVP have got really brilliant management and have found 2 gems or its because these 2 companies have got problems that no one else wants. I know which one I’m going for. Andrew Knott will turn out to be as big a fraud as Chairman FOO.
Would you trust a man with a name like Foo KALAN: Ok enough negative - investors wanted all of the above but they wanted it to be successful. Personally I sold out up around 80p and put my money into SAVP - yes I have a vested interest as I own shares in SAVP - I learned a lot from posters on this board and this is payback time. You manage to sell at roughly an all time high, well done! What happens to SAVP SP short term if this doesn’t happen? “As per the announcement on 20 September 2018, the Company continues to anticipate that the Implementation Agreement will be executed by the interested parties by the end of October 2018.â€
Would you trust a man with a name like Foo Oh SAVP is about 10 minutes into the podcast.
Would you trust a man with a name like Foo The Marin and other disgruntled investors here - we thought we were buying a company that could drill holes and be sure of finding gas - that bit was true - the cost of those drills and the time taken was astounding. We thought we were buying a company that could sell to locals at a huge discount to competitive fuels - that bit was true - the time to roll it out has been appalling. We thought we could save the day by providing to the energy market and drilled some more to secure more - we lost the lot. We thought we had a new area ripe for exploration - but we lack the finances to do anything about it. We thought we had Foo but we were just Fooked. Ok enough negative - investors wanted all of the above but they wanted it to be successful. Personally I sold out up around 80p and put my money into SAVP - yes I have a vested interest as I own shares in SAVP - I learned a lot from posters on this board and this is payback time. SAVP have drilled 5 successful wells ahead of time and below budget - they are starting testing the finds in December and supplying the oil to market by June next year - every $1 spent recoups $6 - this is in Niger. In Nigeria it is close to finalising the takeover of 2 oil and gas businesses and a processing company - locals pay 4 or 5 times the cost of SAVP gas for diesel - conversion underway. All sound familiar - the difference is that here Andrew Knott is growing the company whereas at VOG Foo is growing his personal bank balance. Have a listen and do your own research - there is a healthy board on LSE (with the usual clients) if you want to discuss the company. Vox Markets Prospex Oil & Gas (PXOG) Savannah Petroleum (SAVP) and John Meyer on (AAL) (BMN)... Ed Dawson, Managing Director of Prospex Oil & Gas (PXOG) discusses the £480,000 raised via issue of Unsecured Loan Notes to help fund their Selva gas discovery in Italy.
Would you trust a man with a name like Foo I did and it cost me thousands. He sounds like a villian out of a job Bond movie and acts like one too. The guy is nothing but a fraud and he operates in a part of the world where its very easy to apply these talents. Was it $50m to drill LA-108, plenty of opportunity to skim money off to less than honest sources. Drills a well he can’t sell any gas from, what a joke and at investors expense. People over there are not going to pay for any gas they will just help themselves to it. The population has no money. The rights issue just before they lost the ENEO contract was very convenient. I’m sure chairman Foo never new nothing about that. Recently he said the ENEO contract would be back up and running within weeks, months later we’re still waiting, what a fraud. Lets admit it people we have been conned by a fraudster and the big lesson is not to invest in anything African. Scam African companies like these, of which there is many, are completely untrustworthy and should not be allowed to trade in a major stock exchange.
VOG-Interviews 28p is about par value IMO given the opportunities and risks. I might be tempted to take a small gamble again here if it went to around 20p - a market cap of around 25 million might get someone interested in a takeover.
VOG-Interviews I know exactly how you feel Harwood. Foreboding for me is an under-statement. I’ve seen those comments (on the LSE board) about a Chinese exit (or take-away if you prefer). I think there is no evidence of that at all. It was such a clear indication by Foo that the contract would be signed in a coupe of weeks. Maybe the behaviour of a man who is desperate? On other boards, people have blamed ENEO but you know VOG have been working with them for ages now. They should know how they work. Why put out such a confident message when nothing has been signed. Keep the share price high as possible? And you know, while I type this more and more cash is depleting. According to Foo they have enough until the new year. I would say it’s only a game but i have spent a small fortune on VOG.
VOG-Interviews Hi Mangeli, What an interesting question. There is so little information on II nowadays that I have been investigating elsewhere this afternoon. My heart tells me the contract will be renewed, but my head tells me it won’t be. Africa is skint! Talk on other BBs is that Foo is possibly seeking a takeover as his exit strategy. Unfortunately, I have no new facts only a sense of foreboding.
VOG-Interviews A penny for anyone’s thoughts. What do you think in regards to ENEO?
VOG-Interviews Agree mangelin - without Eneo it’s going under. With it’s limping from placing to placing. The plan of expanding customer bas never worked. Adding power generation customer helped but now they have VOG over a barrel pricewise and the drilling to secure new power contracts has left debts and no sales. Loved the VOG story but in the end it’s just another AIM company where the CEO promises much and just uses other peoples money and hopes to keep himself in a luxury lifestyle - there have been so many - here’s to you Mr Foo - you milked it dry but the time is nigh.
VOG-Interviews Interim is out. ENEO contract renewal is described as “near termâ€. False promises. I fear for the future of this company.
VOG-Interviews Only listened to half of it, but Foo seems weary. Smacks of desperation. He says Grid Power doesn’t work in Africa !!! Doesn’t look too good. So now he wants to bottle it and get it out to the countryside. Looks like not enough paying clients in cities. He says Africans haven’t got any money. Not too good either seeing as that is what Vog wants. So even if ENEO do come back on line it won’t really get any better unless they bottle it. Looks like there is huge demand but NO ONES GOT ANY MONEY !!!
VOG-Interviews 10% drop today. Hold on to your butts!
VOG-Interviews Apparently according to the VOG shareholder group we are to hear something this week. To be more exact on Thursday. I would suggest that if nothing is announced this week then Kevin Foo has a lot of explaining to do.
VOG-Interviews Go to VOG shareholder group on twitter there is news on there. How true it is I’m not sure
