Re: 27p dividend Nope it will be automatically converted by your broker and paid directly into your trading account
Re: 27p dividend Don't we have to contact Computershare, otherwise we will get the payment in dollars-see RNS of the 24th May?
Re: 27p dividend Go ex div next thursday the 20thBe interesting to see if they drop, the whole 27p
Re: Broker Forecast There is plenty of forecasts a lot higher ignore them they are cluelessDowngraded Capita to only to see it rally 200p to over £7 QuidThese look like slowly going back to £11 to be honest
Re: Broker Forecast Not a bad day. Here's hoping the original broker forecast was correct at 700p. SP will drop though when it goes ex divi. 20th July. Still looking at 4% or so on this basis.
Broker Forecast Quite a difference one says 500p another says 650p - both REDUCED from 700p
In Today Think i owned these some years ago , spare funds so jumped in today @ 574p
27p dividend Thats a very nice yield of around 5.5%
Re: loaded up today yes i had 578p but didnt quite get there
Re: loaded up today Why 760 shuggie that's in no mans land ? Gap isn't a reason either🕵️
Re: loaded up today Hello Shugg1e,Do you think that 587p was the bottom of the slide?Cheers,
loaded up today looks good for a fantastic bounce to at least 760p
Re: Yielding near 6% now It must have got filled- you must be sitting on a decent profit.
Re: Yielding near 6% now If commodities continue to tumble the div will be cut so hence the yield will fallBut oil and copper are close to an oversold bottom and im hoping my buy order at 578 gets filled tomorrow its almost time to back up the truckRSI now in the 20s
Re: Yielding near 6% now SP down 46% from Feb high. If SP SP falls to 300p yield will be about 12%. I'd rather SP stopped falling like a stone and yield went down as SP went up. Holding shares in VED is high risk speculation on commodity prices IMHO. Unreasonably high yields are a warning light.
