Re: Buy, Sell or Average down, just don't Ho... Well we have made it to the 1st of March and still no new capital raising. I suppose that's something. On the 1st Feb I said I would wait to average down again when the shares dropped to 2.5p. We are getting nearer after a month of range trading which has failed to establish a new base.I still feel the same a month on. Buy, Sell or Average Down just don't hold. VAL is a trading share until we see something more substantial than updates on trials. The rampers will get hold of this one again sooner or later so for me it is averaging down in a structured way, selling on news and buying back lower. Re: Explain one thing? Correction Yes I agree deliverable incentives are important but exactly what do VAL management need to deliver before they benefit from the warrants, I'll tell you: A spike in the share price based on more news from trials. The low level that the warrants have been issued at suggest to me that they are looking to get some money from this enterprise without delivering for shareholders first.Warrant should required the management to deliver a transformation result for investors. The markets will no doubt see this as weakness from a management team who have no confidence in the financial result deliverable from this enterprise and punish the share price. AIMHO and DYOR

Re: Explain one thing? Correction I stand corrected by Freddieboy. The total number of warrants held by senior management is 5% of the total share capital.Of these 83% were issued as announced in the RNS dated the 9th Feb 2018. These were issued at 4p for conversion at any time up to 7th Feb 2028. This means that my original post was incorrect. It should have said that they have awarded themselves 4% of the share capital with a further 1% of the share capital already held by them in 'more demanding' warrants which can be converted at between 43.125p and 125p Now forgive me for saying this but it seems to me that the management have decided that due to massive dilution over the years they have no faith in the share price reaching 43.125p let alone 125p so they have issue a bucket full of new warrants which can be converted and sold? for a few pence profit on a spike in the current share price trading range. Or am I being too cynical?AIMHO and DYOR

Re: Explain one thing? I believe you 5% quote could be significantly overstated.

Re: Explain one thing? Which is y the likes of Val pyc etc should remain private with private equity and gov funding and reasonable salaries, then if good progress is made the consider to go public via an IPO!Not launch on aim and command CEO salaries via pi money!!!

Explain one thing? If VAL is going to be this massive multibagger, why did the BOD see fit to issue 5% of the current shares in issue as warrants to themselves at just 4p with a ten year life. This hardly seem demanding. I have no problem with management being rewarded for delivering results which reward shareholders and them alike but given most holders will be out of the money at the current share price why they feel it is appropriate to reward themselves with this number of warrants which doesn't required them to deliver results which meaningfully re-rates the share price before they gain rewards is beyond me. Some may say it is greedy, rather distasteful and a real slap in the face for existing shareholders. This is the sort of thing that government need to look at because it effectively robs current investors through dilution and potentially rewards management disproportionately for the results delivered to date at the expense of long term shareholders.AIMHO and DYOR
