MTR Contract Sounds like a nice contract - hopefully at a good margin - about 5% of last year's turnover.

Share Purchase Who are Andrew and Caroline Wells?I don't think either hold any position in the company do they?I did a quick web search & did find an Andy Wells who was married to a Caroline and (at least 18 months ago) was Chairman of ExxonMobil Egypt. Could that be they? Why would an British oil man be buying a big chunk of an Asian Security firm?

Really good news It is great to see that steps are being taken to release some of the real value of the assets held in the business. Looking forward to having a few more shares which are worth more after the demerger!RJ

Demerger Well that was something I did not foresee; but the market seems to like it. My holding is miniscule at best, splitting it in 2 makes the holdings even smaller.
