Re: Help NVC Claim Interesting thanks, hope the board remains active to read your update.Noticed they were still in administration, strange time scale.Compared to woolworths, their assets were sold immediately, the first charger holder Irish Bank, recovered all their lending.Bell being Ultrasis Banker, perhaps he is influencing the situation to claw back money.Smith Kershaw and new partners future, appears secure.

Re: Help NVC Claim Thank you, I realise that the loss is useable, however, HMRC have to opine on its value at some stage and currently ULT is only in administration. In the Autumn I will will send in an CG34 requesting an HMRC valuation and report back. I don't need the loss yet so I'm not in too much of a hurry and also they take 2 to 3 months to respond.

Re: Help NVC Claim IMO.Our share trading statement for ultrasis shares, has a zero balance, should be sufficient to set against future tax payments, to the revenue.Believe that the loss can also be carried forward, for following years, for future tax relief?[link]
