Re: on the way to 75p Of course neither I nor my husband is the same person as Tom Winnifrith (who has his own site to run). My husband was very critical of Winnifrith's absolutely appalling behaviour and things he said. You need to get some common sense. He - Orchard Gate - and I often made clear of our married status.As for taking 'cues' from the Jimbo guy on the Polo BB - take a look back and you'll see he is a rather disturbed individual, bitter about his losses in a dog share which my husband called correctly way back when.

Re: on the way to 75p Winnifrith is an embarrassment, a puddle of bile and hatred and he's ignorant too. I saw him getting involved in a debate about the Middle East is which he said things which were simply wrong over and over again and when corrected said he'd studied it for one term as part of his PPE degree about 50 years ago (and for which he received a 2.2). But he's often right about shares more often than not because he picks soft targets of overvalued rubbish or frauds.On the other hand Odey's main fund lost something like 40% of its value in 2016, during a strong bull market. So Odey is probably a much nicer human being - I think the Yorkshire Ripper could say the same - but he gets paid millions to make investment decisions and of late he has got most of the big ones wrong (Plus 500, A&O, Tungsten etc.)
