Re: Paid today Further to the terms of the Initial Public Offering ('IPO') of TSB in June 2014, Lloyds Banking Group implemented a Bonus Share scheme pursuant to which certain retail investors acquiring Shares in TSB through the IPO and holding those Shares until 25 June 2015 (12 months post IPO) would be entitled to receive a number of additional Shares (the 'Bonus Shares'). Qualifying holders were entitled to receive 1 Bonus Share for every 20 eligible Shares held, subject to a maximum of 38 Bonus Shares per holder. You held 769 eligible Shares at close of business on 25th June, entitling you to 38 Bonus Shares. No Bonus Shares will be issued. Under the terms of the Cash Offer, you will receive 340p in cash in lieu of each Bonus Share due. As a result, you will receive a payment of £129.20 in relation to your Bonus Share entitlement. This cash is due to be credited to your Vantage Stocks & Shares ISA from 17th July 2015
Re: Sorry to be stupid malcThey are not really 10p over the 340 bid, not where the trades are actually going through. The reason they are over the bid is that there is almost certainly a few people who are short - probably a miscalculation would be my guess rather than any clever reason. Possibly as well there are a few institutions who have some in one book and a short in another - if those are separate legal entities they have to cross them back. Basic old fashioned house keeping.Anyway Saba do have the 90%, can compulsory purchase the rest so any shorts have to be unwound pretty quickly and if it costs a few pennies to do it t doesn't really matter - it does have to be done.Well, that's what I reckon anyway. It's not uncommon for there to be a few 'anomalies' when deals clos
Sorry to be stupid BUTWhy are the shares 10p over the offer priceMalc
Re: Paid today Payment for the bonus shares is due on or around 17/07/2015

Re: Bonus share payment 17th July Everything is becoming more undervalued at the moment.
Re: Bonus share payment 17th July I'd earmarked the money I get back from TSB for a punt on "undervalued" mining shares BLT, RIO and the like. They are becoming more and more undervalued by the day... so Sabadell holding on to my money has been quite fortuitous!Tops
Re: Bonus share payment 17th July We will get our money within 14 days of 30 June. The offer document said:--------SettlementSubject to the Offer becoming or being declared unconditional in all respects, settlement for those TSB Shareholders who have validly accepted the Offer will be effected within 14 calendar days of the Offer becoming or being declared unconditional in all respects or, in relation to valid acceptances received after this date, within 14 calendar days of receipt of that acceptance.---------Sabadell issued an announcement on 30 June stating:"Sabadell is pleased to announce that it has received approval from the PRA regarding the change of control of TSB, meaning that the Condition relating to regulatory clearance has now been satisfied. As the Acceptance Condition and European Commission clearance Condition have previously been satisfied and no other Conditions to the Offer remain outstanding, the Offer is now unconditional in all respects."Its at [link]
Re: Bonus share payment 17th July HB,My view is that the payment to people who have already acceptd and cancellation of listing do not have to be linked. They can simply take away shares of those people and make a payment to them.Anyway, hopefully we should see the money over the next couple of weeks.nk
Re: Bonus share payment 17th July ""This is a separate action to Sabadell paying for the existing shares, not heard what their date will be" within 2 weeks from 7th July or them getting 90% acceptance, whichever comes 1st."It is impossible to believe Sadabell will pay us the money for shares without cancelling them so I think we will get our money round the 28th. Yesterday I posted this: -"Today's statement says: "The cancellation of listing of TSB Shares on the Official List and admission to trading of TSB Shares on the Main Market is expected to take effect on or around 28 July 2015, being 20 Business Days from the date of this announcement." So we are likely to receive our money around 28th July."

Bonus share payment 17th July Just for info, as a number of people have asked about this in the past. Lloyds is due to pay a cash equivalent in respect to bonus shares.Yesterday Lloyds posted an RNS saying that we should expect payment around 17th July. See full RNS on Lloyds board, but here is the final paragraph:"In March 2015, with the support of the TSB Board, the Group announced it would pay any investors entitled to receive Bonus Shares the cash value of those Bonus Shares at the offer price. Such investors are expected to receive their cash entitlements on or around 17 July 2015."This is a separate action to Sabadell paying for the existing shares, not heard what their date will be.
