Re: corporate action - I still don't understand - it sounds as if Lloyds still intends to honour its bonus share scheme, even if the sale to Sabadell goes ahead, but will those who accept the offer still qualify?

Re: From 111- I think the new branches, branch closure debate is interesting. I suspect an opportunity exists for a very intimate personnel services in small communities not served by other banks. Possibly a banking equivalent of Waitrose, not sure if this is the Niche they have spotted but given changes in pension rules and opportunity to sell to ageing population who want personalized service may be they are on to something
