Re: ouch! I think there is compatibility in the tie up. Not sure about the business sense. Is the combined opportunity a stronger one; is this future proofing and greater profit - only time will tell. The Sp however is travelling on one direction at the moment and I don't see an up until this is over. Its a shame have been in TRX for some time and still think there is a great company and product in there somewher
Re: ouch! i hope you are right prior-i wish i have your confidence but i am heavily invested already and not ready to add until i recoup my losses!
Re: ouch! After hours RNS - read into that what you mayIUTOTS
Re: ouch! Basically we've got a sound company still suffering from growing pains. The product is good the pipeline is good. Future revenues should skyrocket if the overpaid sales force earn their keep.Europe beckons and the US is nailed on. True value at this sp.I'm looking to add for a solid future.Good luck, TP
Re: ouch! NB I indicated a weak sell because I sold on March 22nd at 15.1p, not liking the look of the share price movement at that time and being of the opinion that TRX "just may be" a leaky share -- we've had some odd movements in the past, right before an announcement.
Re: ouch! Loss increased and contemplating buying another company. Both these things tend to be negative for the share price in the short term.In the long term, the purchase, if it goes ahead, may well be positive for the fortunes of the company, but that is usually discounted by investors wo are usually focussed on the short term. Don't take that as a criticism of investors: the further into the future you go, the more potential for chance events to "decohere" the share price. The loss is due to an increase in expenditure. Income also rose, impressively, but from a small base. That means I'm not too worried about it, as it should sort itself out in due time. Just need to keep an eye on it and bail if things appear to be going out of control.
ouch! What is happening at TRX, not seen these prices foe about four years and I thought the sales and company were in a solid position moving forwards concentrating on sales? Have I missed something?
Re: Potential acquisition Block removed, one step nearer but no guarantees.(Today's RNS issued at 10.46)TP
Re: Potential acquisition Looks like a good move.If memory serves, Tissue Regenix have been working with the CellRight Company for a couple of years and, through them, helped the launch of TRX's product into the USA. I would have thought the Regulatory and Quality accreditation that CellRight would, in itself, be well worth the acquisition. There's a reasonable range of associated products. Well worth a look at the CellRight website. [link] out at the moment, but watching.YB
Re: Potential acquisition The SP seems to be currently in reverse. Thought there would be more good news from sales.
Potential acquisition RNS this morning. Have to wait to see what happens. I suppose we'll have a cash call if it goes ahead !TP
Re: RNS Hardman Research Yes, CL, it looks like a few others have taken the same view, hence the recent weakness in the sp.I'm holding for now, and may buy more if it drops further. The revenue/profit predictions may look daunting but the r&d spend is the "raison d'être" for TRX. The discovery chain shouldn't stop. The revenue stream must be impossible to predict. It depends entirely on sentiment towards the products and their success in the field.Sales may well exceed expectations. (And by a phenomenal amount )))TP
Re: RNS Hardman Research Thought this was a positive note on where TRX is now. Lots of pluses. I was bit thrown by the lack of near future potential profit or move into profit from all the increase in sales.I have held TRX for a long time and have recently sold down as there is more opportunity in my other shares. So down to a small 1k at the moment. Still like the company and would consider getting back in in the future.
RNS Hardman Research Interesting to note wider expansion of product availability across different sectors and projections of future revenues.[link]
Re: RNS Well, it was a bit of a shot in th dark. And the sp has proved me wrong anyway, when I looked a few minutes ago it was down a few points ....Ahh, but it looks like it's on the up now.Stick with it, I'm sure it's going to come good soon. ))TP
