Re: Acquisition completed Me too LM, exciting times ahead ( if we live long enough!!)Keep well.TP
Re: Acquisition completed >> Couple of kidneysMe too. So much for ignoring those triglycerides all those years, it finally caught up with me
Re: Acquisition completed Plus an interesting article on BBC World News today about virus free piglets being successfully bred. One step nearer to porcine/human organ transplants being possible. Just now I could do with a couple of kidneys ))I'm sure TRX are watching that one very carefully...might even be involved ??Regards, TP
Re: Acquisition completed that explains it...
Acquisition completed [link]
Re: Well I never....sorry Double post..twitchy finger.TP
Re: Well I never.... Well I did. I don't think this will sink any lower now.. people have had enough time to decide whether they can live with the long b/e date and the recent M&A news. Questions about acceleration of profitability timetable and assimilation of CellRight have been chewed over. All resolutions passed at the general meeting.Time to move forward. So, I've had a little top up and averaged down by quite a bit.Luck all. This will gradually build now as we progress toward profits.TP
Well I never.... Feeling quite pleased with myself. Looks like my small purchase of 4703 shares this morning moved the SP listing by 3.19% or .375p. I don't think I have ever seen the impact of a purchase so literally. Might buy some more see if I can manipulate the markets! Maybe sell them back to my self once I hit 13
Re: Back in It will. Mine do.I call it getting ahead of myself in my head before the price continues downwards. Don't they say in marketing you should image your goal - at this rate retirement at 95.
Back in Just bought back in at 12.125p. Bought the same cash-wise as I netted from the sale, so managed to get an extra 5k shares. From which you can deduce that my holding is quite small in any case. Now feeling big and clever like the traders in the Bloomberg ads, so please TRX don't crash and make me throw up my beetroot salad.
Re: Ssssshhhh Big rise on not much volume. Think this will drift upwards. Back to 30p per share? Unlikely. Is the profit/break even in a couple of years possible/more likely as a combined unit.
Re: Ssssshhhh hmmmmm, seems to be more than a slight shift..let's see
Ssssshhhh Do I detect a slight change in sentiment towards TRX over the last 24hrs ?TP
Re: ouch! Woodfords in Ouch indeed, I really reel for you LTH as I bought into this at 11p a few years ago and finally sold at 20p in April 2016Looking at the recent events and the current sp TRX is back on my watch list and I am tempted to buy in againThey still have great potential it's just taking a LOT longer to materialise GLA
Re: ouch! Woodfords in Well Woodfords in. His name has more recently become synonymous with poor investment decisions rather than good. He is also getting bit not Lloyds. Notice a number of directors have bought in?12.45pm....Tissue Regenix under pressureTissue Regenix Group PLC (LON:TRX) shares tumbled as it announced a £40mln fundraising to support its US$30mln acqusition of Texas-based rival, Cellright Technologies.Woodford Asset Management took up almost 35% of the new shares issued, Invesco 31% and Perpetual 12.5% alongside a number of Tissues directors.Antony Odell, Tissues chief executive, said CellRight has a synergistic regenerative technology focused on bone that will complement its own dCELL soft tissue platform.Shares fell 8.8% to 11.40p.[link]
