buy / sell price offered 5.66 to sell and 5.65 to buy...abit odd ?
Looks like ... ....Its not just the BOD that are heading for the door !TP
Re: CFO steps down Hmmm yes is it a case of new broom. Is this a step change or an inflection point in the organisation?
Re: CEO steps up No response to my email enquiry. Shareholder comms v.poor.But, now we have a new CEO. Been on the board as non exec director since 2013 so he knows how it works. Lets hope he gets things moving to restore some confidence in the company.TP
Re: CEO steps down Worryingly and surprisingly the sp has continued to slip. Something needs to change. Board problems, product problems ? Without some clarification from those on high this will continue to slide.Come on bod, tell us, the owners, what is going on.TP
Re: CEO steps down Well its never positive to not have mutually agreed and beneficial outcomes (and statement) as a shareholder you want to think the company has some integrity.More importantly create a positive narrative? Now down on the news, after yesterdays fall.
Re: CEO steps down Market likes it - share currently up. Has he been the one holding things back - could be a 'my baby' syndrome and would not release the reins. Will watch before dipping toe
CEO steps down With immediate effect. No explanation. One wonders how this can be viewed as transparency.Even if theyd just said personal reasons !Poor PR.Unlike this company. Some explanation please Exec Chair.TP
Top up At 11.49p, worked before. Just a bit of good news needed to push up to 15/16 again. Trading tranche working fine )TP
Re: Hardman research On the other hand I didn't like the capitalisation of some of the R&D spend. I hope it relates to something patentable, or some capital equipment, otherwise it's just a con.
Re: Hardman research I like the forecast of profitability by 2020 ))T P
Re: Hardman research "Given that TRXs US operations are based also in San Antonio, it is unsurprising thatmanagement intends to move its personnel into the CellRight building and to closeits existing offices, thereby generating an early synergy."-- p. 7That seems good.
Re: Hardman research Looks like quite a wide spread with only two clear sells in the 14s, with buys being in the high 15s. Many more buys than sells. And not huge trades either = lots of small PIs having a punt (small as in stakes, as opposed to small in stature, I hasten to add [BP!] ) )TP
Re: Hardman research You're right, well worth the read. Still positive on this stock, although taking longer than originally thought.
Hardman research Also on Friday, in case you missed it, was a Hardman research document outlining the US growth prospects as a result of the CellRight acquisition. The RNS of that date gives the link to the full document. Worth a read. Also another reason for the increased activity over the last two days, as I see we are still on an upward trajectory today.Good luck.TP
