Re: RNS At some point this is going to translate into profit - it's just been a long time coming! That's bio companies for you though....

RNS More states signed up for Dermapure. Brilliant, most of the US covered now.Should help revenues and the route to profitability, SPTP

Re: Patience Yep, been bouncing around these levels for some time now, occasionally breaching 20p. Cant see it higher at the moment until there is real sales to back up the hype. So lets see. I suppose the question is, is there more to be made elsewhere whilst waiting?Pharma, apart from GSK and astra not doing so well in Uk currently, too much risk to reward.Showing a small return at the mo.

Re: News SP, I was just comparing the two statements made within 24 hours of each other, which appear to be a contradictIon......."Quite strange - revenue, never considered that as an indicator of success. I thought it was profit? " and "Yes - it would be good it if was about sales -"Just raised a smile, that's all. No offence meant.Regards, TP

Re: AND MY LAST FOR THE DAY Thanks SP,I note that one of the Sponsors Integra are using a Wound Care product similar to TRX's, not that I'm an expert.Perhaps Tissue Regenix Wound Care Inc set up in the States should be organising a few conferences in the UK.YB

AND MY LAST FOR THE DAY Erm - where are we?[link] hope our people read these boards?

Re: News - Proton Beam Hi YB,has it been given NICE approval. Their is the leading edge of technology and there is also the 'bleeding edge' of technology' where first movers suffer the first cuts and wounds of early adopters. NHS tends to play the less risky model - losing patients is an expensive business! Also as your most probably aware their is a man called Mr Hunt - rhymes with another word - who wants cash savings.regardsPS don't wind me up over those US sales jockeys

Re: News - Proton Beam Hi SP,As I understand it, the Advanced Oncotherapy technology spun out from CERN can be built at a fraction of the price of existing Proton Technology and is a lot more compact..It's probably the reason the NHS hasn't got it now, far too expensive. The new technology will hopefully see deployment in the UK. There's money to be saved there, but they've got to spend it first..Hopefully not too long before TRX shows a return on investment. Those Sales guy's in the USA will probably be on commission and working their socks off.YB

Re: News Yes - it would be good it if was about sales - but it never is. So what is so funny about that? Me thinks your trying to back out about your statement on turnover.lol

swisspaul 12 Jul 2016

Re: News Hi YB,yes but they already have a deal with the NHS Tissue authority (NHS Blood) and the blurb that TRX put out said it was a winner and going to be rolled out with a 'possible' income of x million pounds. Note the word possible.I understand the business case in the USA and how the insurance set up works - we have a sales force out there already and that is one of my bugbears - what are they doing? Re Proton beam technology - I hope your and my taxes can afford to have one in every hospital - or indeed every Surgery!IOTS
