Re: cash flow I hope this fall is not the start of the race to get this back to pre-consolidation SP level. Have seen this several times before.tclr (LTH hoping for success not deramping)
Re: cash flow The reason for the consolidation was that when a share price is so low, share price changes result in majour percentage changes in overall share value, and makes the overall value of the company appear unstable. The overall new organisation and direction of the company is directed at creating a company base and culture that lends towards a sustainable and profitable company, and this consolidation plays a small part in this process. It could be that the pre-consolidation share price over stated the actual value of the company, and was only sustained to avoid the share price actually going down to zero. If this was true, and I doubt it, then the new share price might substantially go south for a short time, but no where near where it was pre consolidation. Overall, the new profile for the company should appear far more attractive to customers, the City, and other investors, and help the share price in the longer term, if not sooner.I did not attend yesterday's agm, but did attend the investors evening a few weeks back, and believe the company has taken initiatives and found ways to significantly improve its prospects, THIS TIME.Michael
Re: cash flow Not to mention that Siemens (or the mystery EUropean Mnational) has not been announced yet, despite pilot production since April this year.
cash flow 3.65 million at 30 June, 3.55 million as at today (ignoring the 0.4 received for last year's sale of IntSaw), meaning 100,000 cash spent over 5 months - this is very positiveConsolidation imminent, bound to increase SP than decrease, otherwise why go into all the trouble? I guess the Co will announce a thing or two at completion of consolidation.
Consolidation 50 to 1 Oh no - my experience of consolidations is that a healthy looking SP is created which is then whittled down towards where it was pre-consolidation. Is it just my experience or do others feel the same OR can someone put forward a more positive view please.tclr (LTH)
Re: Questions for Investor Event I did ask the PR lady Heather whether or not they were going to record the Investor event so that they could post it on their website and she told me that they were looking at recording options, but as far as I know it was not recorded which would have been helpful for people unable to attend.
Re: Questions for Investor Event it would be good to also see what went on at the Analysts' presentation, maybe we should get some Research out soon or even Stock recommendations by some of the participants!
Re: Questions for Investor Event The impression I got was that wind subsidies are not on the cards. They were keeping Schtum about who the major European OEM was but there is already a product out there in the market I think.
Re: Questions for Investor Event Thanks!Nothing about Wind project subsidies or outlook then? You forgot to ask "when is Siemens gonna be announced"??
Re: Questions for Investor Event HiI went to the investor event and the tone of management was fairly bullish (although I guess it would be, they wouldn't talk the company down). We got to see and handle an I Track 2.Some of the points that came out of the meeting are:The management believe that the latent value of the IP is a great deal more than the market cap.I Track makes huge savings for mines and the cost of the system is about 10% of the saving. If they make sales of £2.5m this year and going forward they expect to be cash flow breakeven. All in all I got a fairly positive feeling from the meeting. Graham Storey told me that he believed they were at an Inflexion point in the development of the technology. They have the cash they need and now it's just a case of products being brought to market.
Re: Questions for Investor Event Anything to report AJ??
Re: FY results in-line Translogic's revenue up 70% Y-o-Y despite mining difficulties, expo next week with launch of iTrack II will show the potential.Still waiting to hear about the mystery European M-national and the licence fee fro SAWSense.£4.3 million cash with GE's licence pmt (rest in 12 motnhs) and the £0.3 in escrow, released in October.Enough to see us for 2 years (worst case).Overall, not bad but newsflow needs to increase on sales/agreements.
FY results in-line finnCap update on Research Tree:"Full-year results were in line with forecasts. Translogiks revenues continue to be held back by difficult conditions in the mining sector, although tyre probes have been stronger in H2. SawSense is generating encouraging licence fee receipts with Emerson and GE, and we expect further licence fee agreements to realise hidden value. No change to forecasts. The shares have appreciated recently but still offer significant upside."
Re: Only Buyers pre meeting just 1 1/2 trading day left and whether our bullishness has been in vain will be revealed!
Only Buyers pre meeting I think you will see some positive comments from the meeting as there have been a few substantial buyers. Time still to buy!
